Introduction
Health and Social Care is defined as the
services which are being delivered to the one
who requires it for the purpose of removing
the illness. In present scenario it is necessary
because it helps to improve the health
condition of an individual who suffers from
various problem. This file will be mainly
based on National Health Services (NHS).

There are number of approaches and theories are required to be implemented
for the purpose of enhancing the result within the health care.
 Conventional medicine: It is necessary that medicines should be
prescribed by the expertise of professional body. In context of NHS, they
are required to provide some of the best services to the patients who are
suffering from the problem of depression.
 Alternative medicine: It is necessary that alternative option should be
