which deals in selling groceries which made it to become the
largest employee-owned retailer of Britain. It has 338 shops
in UK and occupies 5.1% share of market (Pan, Chen and
Zhan, 2019). It also exports its goods in 52 other countries.
Therefore, it needs to analyse the impacts of all the macro
environment factors of the country it serves. The PESTEL
analysis of Waitrose is done in order to examine the
influence which external environment has on the company
and its operations.
