By having an effective consideration of factors like political, economic, social, technological, legal and environment the company can have better designing of strategies. It is necessary for management to have findings and employ changes in order to meet the needs. Pestle of Sainsbury Political:It has been noticed that political values has great impact on the operations of Marks and Spencer so management need to evaluate such values in desired manner. Any kind of changes in political values like government relation with other nations will also affect the organisational performance (Gondwe, 2014). For example, government is not having impressive relation with Asian nations then it might be possible that business firm may face issues in regard to expansion when it is concerned with Asian nations.
