Provide a brief discussion about the strategic IT and PHARMA. Discuss about the approach
that are taken for completion of the project
Strategic IT is one of the most important aspect that is taken into consideration of the
massive projection of the decision making system for the organization. This is the main reason
that the success of the organization depends on. The strategic IT I s basically a process of
decision making regarding the technological glimpses. This process is considered to be one of
the best terminology that will incur the processing of the decision making as the projection of the
functionality steps that will be taken in order to increase the efficiency of the organization. The
implementation of the strategic IT includes the processing of the data management system and
takes into consideration the software glitches that are present in the completion of the project.
This phenomenon takes into access the processing of the decision making and this is the main
reason that the success of the business organization that implements this strategy is dependent
this terminology. This strategy helps in better IT strategic investments and this is the reason that
the projection of the data management system helps in the growth of the business organization.
Leading organization like PHARMA has been using this methodology in better and efficient
commencement of their business operation.
PHARMA is an extensive business organization that deals with the processing of the
pharmaceuticals in Australia. The main aspect of the business is dependent on the delivery of the
materials regarding the pharmacy stores. PHARMA has been using the technology of ERP
system which helps in performing the entire functioning that are required in a better completion
of the tasks that are needed to be completed by them. PHARMA has been improving the data

will ensure the fact that the projection of the client managements system gets affected in a better
way and this is the reason that the efficiency of the projection of the business management
increases and this is the reason that the proficiency of the business organization gets affected in a
positive way.
The approaches that were taken for the completion of the project includes the
terminologies of Intuitive process as well as the Analytic approach. The political approach was
never considered in the completion of the project. In case of the projection of the PHARMA, the
main processing that was required in the completion of the project includes the fact that the time
that was provided in the completion of the task was very low. This aspect of provide in such less
time has been the reason for the projection of the intuitive approach of decision making and this
is the reason that the efficiency of the project reduced. The cost that was incurred in the
projection of the data management of the business organization. Due to the fact that the time that
was provided was very low, the projection of the intuitive approach was a better approach than
the radical approach regarding the decision making. Analytical; approach is also used as the
processing of the entire project processing was well planned and this is the reason that the
projection of the entire process has not been an entire failure

The main steps that were taken in order to project the completion of the functioning and

Trigger: Triggering acts as one of the most important aspect that will incur the
commencement of the management of the data managements system as the project completion of
the deeds that are to be performed. In this stage the main access that is required is that the data
that re to be referred to during the functioning of the PHARMA is collected and the basic idea is
instigated in this stage. This ensures the fact that the projection of the data management of the
entire project is performed in this stage of the decision making process. In case this stage is not
performed with high efficiency, the completion of the project will not be performed with high
proficiency. This is the main reason that the projection of the data management can be performed
with the help of planning that is required for performing the project management
Diagnose: Diagnose stage is also considered as an important stage that is required for better
completion of the project that is undertaken in the stage of the Trigger. In the trigger stage a raw
idea is developed and the analyzing of the entire deal is performed in the diagnose stage. This is
the main reason that performing of the Diagnose stage has been very important for the
PHARMA. In case the Diagnose stage was not performed, the main problem that was would
have been present will decrease the efficiency of the projection of the data management step. In
case proper analyzing of the idea that was undertaken in trigger stage is done, several problems
regarding the concept of the idea will be present in the business management.
Explore: Exploring stage is considered as the highest integrated stage of the entire project.
In this stage the main functioning that is performed will ensure the fact that the projection of idea

that was analyzed in the diagnosed stage gets explored and this is the reason that the exploration
of the data analysis will get performed in a proper way. After exploring the ideology, better
concept regarding the topic can be understood.
Decision making: After completion of the exploring part of the project, the main aspect that
is taken into consideration will include that the projection of the strategy that are generated in the
other steps.
