In this era of modern technology where every business concern is moving into the
digital world taking their business to a digital platform. Using different social media
platforms on the internet creates a risk for organisational communities, as there are many
cyber criminals on the internet who fraud different people or organisations in different ways
possible. Therefore, this essay discusses over the ways through which such cyber risks like
phishing could be avoided.
In this article, the author is describing about phishing and its awareness in the digital
market. It further discusses on some countermeasures on how to avoid such situations
showing related work and simulating phishing attacks to fathom phishing resistance. It also
simulates phishing attacks with embedded training.
In this article, K.Jansson and R.von Solms discusses on how cybercrime reactions
have been reduced by 42.63% and improving on a regular basis. The author supports the fact
that if there is good training facilities for the employees and proper safety measures are
initiated then any organisation would enjoy cyber freedom if updated on a regular basis.
I solemnly agree to the fact that the author is stating in the article. He describes that
with proper counteractive measures and well-trained employees any organisational
community running their business on a digital platform can survive in the market and
continue to grow its branches. The author in detail mentions the problems an organisation
faces while taking their business online and provides preventive measures to avert from those
situations.
In this article, the author is describing about the problems and solutions to avert from
them but in a literal sense the author fails to put up different ways of counter attacking the
cyber-attacks of phishing which leads to such undesirable situations. To get a better view of
all the cyber security problems and proper counter measures this article needs further

research on naming the counter measures to avert from these cyber-attacks. In the article, the
counter measures shown are inadequate and it would have been better if the author adds some
more counter measures which will strengthen this article leading to a concrete article on
phishing and cyber security problems.
Therefore, this essay concludes that cyber security is an important concern for every
organisational community who uses the internet for the wellness of their community and
there should be ample amount of preventive measures to avoid from any cyber security
problems.
