Asia Pacific Physical Education Conference is the event, which occurs annually for physical
education and sports science teachers in the Asia Pacific region .The aim of this conference is
to deliver high quality pertinent professional development for the physical education and the
sports science teachers. It delivers the opportunity to learn from leading global authorities in
physical education and thus concentrates on networking with the peers and spread good
practices. APPEC conference focuses on improving the learning of the student by including
the presentations on the themes such as pedadogy & curriculum, wellness, sports and
coaching and technology in physical education. This conference offers the deep insight from
the board of World Class experts (APPEC, 2018a).
APPEC provides the opportunity to participate in highly rated pre-conference workshops and
develop the highest physical education network in the Asia Pacific Region. It provides the
personalised experience to the participants and delivers the gainful insight about the physical
education. The main aim of the organization was to connect teachers and K-12 school leaders
to share the good practices.. The report covers the comparison of the conference held in the
year 2016 and 2017 plus the stakeholders, the impact of technology, the critical issues faced

insert yoga in their physical education class, which helps in strengthening the minds of the

private schools have participated in the event. It included the local council members of the
country and the participants were scattered from 30 countries. The major participants who
attended the event were physical education and the sports teachers of the leading private and
international schools of the Asia pacific region (21st Century learning international, 2017).

tennis academy. The supporter of the conference was Escapade Sports, Cathay Pacific. The
major stakeholders of the event were the presenters of the event .The stakeholders of the
event receives the high quality conference kit and provide them the opportunity to explore
long day workshops, which includes yoga, technology for physed, outdoor leadership and

The Asia Pacific Physical Education Conference helps the stakeholders to focus and learn
from the different conference themes and shares the experience of the World Class keynotes
so that the physical education teachers and learn from their peers and apply the latest
technology and learning’s in their classrooms. This conference focuses to deliver a valuable
customer experience. The event delivers effective tools at the workshop for the physical
education teachers and uses the social media to connect all the physical education teachers.

docs, forms and multiple add-ones to provide the deep understanding to the PT teachers and

that the organizer faces and staying on the track was the critical issue. The problem faced by
the organizers of the event is the shrinking budget as planning, implementation of the event
leads to shrinking of the budget, and the budget increases due to application of various
