Piaget’s and Vygotsky’s Theories of Learning

This presentation discusses Piaget’s and Vygotsky’s theories of learning and how they help in enhancing knowledge and better ways can be applied for improving student ability of thinking. It also highlights the main concepts of Vygotsky’s theory of learning and the significance of culture and language in learning.

Piaget’s theory of learning
 Piaget theory of learning helps in enhancing
knowledge of an individual person and clear all
the doubts.
 It is beneficial for growth of a person because
they can learn new things and understand
situation in a better way (Waite-Stupiansky,
2017).
 For growth of children, it is important to enhance
their knowledge by providing them good
education and involve them in other activities so
that they can gain knowledge.
 This helps them in generating new ideas and
improve their ability of thinking.

Vygotsky theory of learning
 Vygotsky theory of learning is a theory which helps in enhancing knowledge and better
ways can be applied for improving student ability of thinking.
 There are three main concept of Vygotsky theory of learning such as, culture is
significant in learning, language is the root of culture, individuals learn and develop
within their community (Nurkholida, 2018).
 It is important to enhance knowledge of student so that they will not face any problem
in future.
