This project delves into Jean Piaget's theory of cognitive development by examining the role of toys in a child's learning journey. Through personal experiences and observations, the paper explores the four stages of cognitive development – sensorimotor, preoperational, concrete operational, and formal operational – and how they manifest in a child's interactions with toys. The project highlights the importance of play in fostering cognitive growth, demonstrating how children actively construct knowledge through experimentation and interaction with their environment.
