INTRODUCTIONIn modern scenario, it has become highly essential to look out for the personal and professionaldevelopment of an individual in health and social care. Giving out the proper data for the roles andresponsibilities for an individual for the patients who are coming for services of health and socialcare at the workplace and this can be stated as the major aim of this report. Company taken forthis report is to NHS which is a social health care service provider for the patients. There arevarious things which will be discussed in this report like data regarding the development planand personal and professional values of an individual at the workplace. Various techniques needto be adopted for enhancement of skills of the people who are working at health and social care. 1.1 Comparison of personal values and principles with the support of working withinworkplaceThis can be stated as platform of workplace in which all the factors are dependent andinterrelated to each another.
