INTRODUCTION
The objective of this project is to design, build, market, and deliver and bike with the frame
made from bamboo. The project is about opening a bicycle store by the new emerging
entrepreneurs. It will be a small store who will be involved in providing excellent customer
services. It is being situated in United Kingdom. The name of the bicycle store is Bamboo
Bicycle. The Budget of the project will be £50,000 and the project will be completed in 6
months.

Critical success factors: The success factors for the project will be clear development of the
plan, management of the project scope effectively, making use of effective communications,
defined project goals. All these factors can lead to the success of project.
Project Scope: The scope of the project is providing highest quality customised bicycle to
consumers. The scope of the present project is really wide, it will assist the new bicycle store in
increasing their profit and also they will be able to make better bond with customers which can
support the organization in increasing the good will and public image of bicycle store. (Heagney,
