INTRODUCTION
The objective of this project is to design, build, market, and deliver and bike with the frame
made from bamboo. The project is about opening a bicycle store by the new emerging
entrepreneurs. It will be a small store who will be involved in providing excellent customer
services. It is being situated in United Kingdom. The name of the bicycle store is Bamboo
Bicycle. The Budget of the project will be £50,000 and the project will be completed in 6
months.

To open a bicycle store with excellent customer services.
Objectives
 To increase the profitability of new bicycle by 10% store till the end of year 2021
 Toa analyse the factors which can affect the opening of bicycle store.
 To increase the consumer satisfaction and provide excellent service in upcoming 12
months
Critical success factors: The success factors for the project will be clear development of the
plan, management of the project scope effectively, making use of effective communications,
defined project goals. All these factors can lead to the success of project.
Project Scope: The scope of the project is providing highest quality customised bicycle to
consumers. The scope of the present project is really wide, it will assist the new bicycle store in
increasing their profit and also they will be able to make better bond with customers which can
support the organization in increasing the good will and public image of bicycle store. (Heagney,
2016).
Identifying risk and constraints affecting the project: The project which has been implemented
by the new bicycle store can face various risk and there can be different constraints related to the
risk. It includes the following:

Project Organisation Structure and Roles and Responsibilities: In order to successfully
implement the project, company will be engaged in clearing down the roles and responsibilities
of workers (Nicholas and Steyn, 2017). In this bicycle store can make use of hierarchical
structure. The role of manager in this will be providing training to workers for designing purpose
of Bamboo Bicycle. Managers will be engaged in prioritising the consumers. The employees will

be involved in performing day to day task which has been assigned to them. They will also be
involved in communicating with their consumers. Performing these roles and responsibilities will
assist them in managing positive consumer relationship.
Project Control Mechanisms: These are basically those approaches which are been adopted to
solve the issues related to budget, scope, time, quality and human resource. This control
mechanism will help the company in making sure that expenditure related to project is not been
increased (Kerzner, 2019). It will also assist them in completing the project on time and there
will be no delay related to the project by making use of these proactive strategies. This will help
firm in achieving their set target and objective. It will increase their efficiency.
Reporting Framework: The people who are been involved in the implementation of the project
will make use of internet so that they can communicate effectively. In this the employees and
managers will be engaged in making use of emails, telephones and social media sites so that no
problem exists while interacting. In order to communicate with consumers, they will be involved
in making use of text messages, even face to face communication will be used by them. This will
support employers in making better bond with consumers. It will also help them in enhancing
their productivity by retaining the consumers and creating consumer belongingness.
Stakeholders and their Involvement: The stakeholder analysis can be defined as the process of
identifying the people who will be involved in project before the project even begins (De Wet
and et.al., 2017). They must be grouped according to their level of participation and interests so
that the project can gain success.

Work break down structure: It can be considered as key project deliverables which can help in
organising the work of employees into manageable sections. This can help the project manager
in achieving the set target and objectives
Project Planning with Milestones: The project planning consists of the mile stones which needs
to be achieved by the company on the set time (Kerzner, 2017). The mile stone for this project is
when the productivity will be increased and the firm is being able to retain the consumers. This
mile stone needs to be achieved by the bicycle store in period of six months. For evaluating the
success company can be engaged in making use of tools like benchmarking, Key performance
indicators. This will assist the store manager in analysing the gaps and it will help them in
achieving their objectives.
Budget assumptions: The budget for the present project is £50,000. The budget assumption
basically provides the income or expense which would appear because of the implementation of
project. It has been assumed that project will be successful.
