Pilotless Aircrafts
The pilotless aircrafts are generally referred to as drones.
These are recognized by the lack of the human pilots within the
aircraft that has been carrying a number of passengers
The pilotless aircrafts are majorly known as the unmanned aerial
vehicles.
The aircrafts are a part of the aircraft system that runs on an
automated system. The complete system includes the ground-base
controller as well as a communication system between the aircraft
and the ground control (Pope, 2015).

Human factors affecting safe
flight
The human factors that affect the flight safety are the communication
lack, distraction, stress, deficiency in the human resources, the work
pressure faced by the employees, the improper teamwork by the
members, complacency, the unawareness of the employees, norms of
the organization, fatigue experienced by the human employees, the
unassertive nature of the employees and the lack of the knowledge on
the part of the employees.
