INTRODUCTIONPitching refers to speaking in front of people by communicating with them for thepurpose of providing one person view on a particular aspect that will be beneficial for differentperspective in the company. On the other hand, negotiation means presenting someone views toother person that influence it and other person have to agreed upon it (Horton, 2016). BATNAanalysis and interest matrix is used in companies for strengthening negotiation skills in company.Negotiation help in taking decision for the company that will help in gaining knowledge anddeveloping skills for the future. There are different types of negotiation process that help inenhancing various aspects that will be included in contract. Report emphasized on negotiation and key steps involved in it for generating differentdeals. Importance of negotiation for an individual and best deals that will be made at the time ofcontract. It includes preparation of request for proposal by creating business proposal andcontractual process that is being involve while doing business (Lawson and et. al., 2019).Furthermore, it will include request for proposal and different stages that include in negotiationprocess.TASK 1Negotiation and its importance Negotiation is the process that help in resolving differences between people. This help inproviding different agreement that will be emphasized in solving dispute and and argument ofpeople. At the time of any disagreement, people have to achieve different possible outcomes thatcan be achieved by it. There are different segments that help in maintaining mutual benefit andproviding effective relationship between people that provide successful outcome to people. Theredifferent negotiations that are used for different perspective in contract. At the time ofnegotiation different perspective is taken into account that help in solving problem of anindividual. Good negotiations help in providing success to business that help in building betterrelationship with people (Dinnar and Susskind, 2018). There are different aspect that will bemeet out while negotiating with different people in the company. Negotiation is necessary for solving disputes between people that help in providingvarious suggestions that facilitate in gaining different types of knowledge that result in mutualbenefits of interest between people. It help in improving communication skills and solvingproblem which benefit an individual while entering into contract that provide different segments1

that is helpful for the future. This is needed for having both informal day to day interaction andformal transactions that is used in conditions like sale, lease, delivery and other legal contractsthat is useful for various aspect in business. Main objective of negotiation is to best deal withcertainty that create by an individual for achieving success in the future. This is buildingdifferent perspective for bringing efficiency in work. Various aspect is being provided that willbring new information and help in resolving disputes of people in future course of action. Thereare three approaches that help in gaining success at the time of negotiation process (Cooke andZaby, 2015). Competing, avoiding and compromising different aspect that bring effectivenesswhile solving negotiation process by an individual. Steps that are used in negotiation There are six stages of negotiation that help in gaining various perspective for the future.Preparation :- Before starting a contract proper preparation is to be done that providing variousideas and comments that needed in attaining different ways that will be providing in variousaspect for the future. Without preparation disagreement between people not be solved easily thathelp in facilitating various contacts that will be resolved through negotiating between varioussegments that will be helpful in gaining effective knowledge regarding contract. Discussion:- In this both parties put forward their views that help in clear understanding ofconcept that is useful for different situation. In this all the points is being recorded that provideddifferent mistake that will occur and providing equal opportunities to present their case in frontof contract dealer.Clarification of goals:- In this stage goals will be clarified by negotiator in solving problems forthe future (Wiener, 2017). It is important in clarifying goals so that negotiation process will beeasily solved without any misunderstanding that create barrier in problem. Negotiating towards a Win-Win outcome:- This is mainly focused on winning situation thatwill be based on certain outcomes that help in providing different aspects. It is ultimate goal thatprovides different aspect in contract as it lead to solve problem. In negotiation it is not possibleall time to win and achieving ultimate goal. Suggestions, and different alternatives will beprovided and create positive attitude towards alternatives that is provided while resolvingconflict by negotiator. Agreement:- This can be achieved as once understanding is gaining from both sides then it willbecome easy for solving different aspects that will be providing in the agreement. In this proper2
