This report is based on The Health Foundation which is a NGO working in health care. It will

and it is enough to show their size in UK. They are on very large level in this sector and
they believe to provide more better services on increased level by which they can be
more effective for the UK people (Okwo-Bele and Cherian, 2011). They are having a
single building in UK but they want to become more efficient by opening new centre in
public domain. Industry: They are working in health care industry and in the year of 2015 total
expenditure was £185 billion which has a increase of 3.6% from the year of 2014 which

was £178.6 Billion. Government is having an important role in this and they made a
contribution of 79% in this total expenditure in the year of 2015. so this industry is
having a huge potentials to deliver a better services so it is essential for the private
organisation and government also to make more investment it which can help to public to
provide more better services. Key Business Operations: The organisation is working for the betterment of health of
UK people so they are having focus on current needs of UK citizen in health care. They
are working for the better medicines and better working styles which can be followed by
the NHS to make a better change in the health care practice (Backer and Guerra, 2011).

1. Research: They have researchers which works for the serious issues faced by the health
care organisation to deliver a better services according to needs of UK people. They are
working mainly on research on those topics which is a drawback of health care
organisations.
2. Discussion: They are working for the betterment of the health care sector and they are
analysing on those topics which is making an adverse impact on the health care
organisation practice in such conditions. The Health Foundation is conducting meetings
with NHS and other organisational leaders to make a better practice y them and to make
