OVERVIEW
Early childhood education is defined as specific time duration of learning and personal
growth development that takes places from birth to 7 years old. During this time period, children
attempt to develop their knowledge about varied things and learn to eat, drink, act and other
activities that provide benefits to them. The current assignment will be based on O'Shannessy
early Learning centre, which falls under the category of children's education centres in the
Australia. It will explain planning of four creative experiences to foster child's creativity,
documentation of this plan and experience overview to room leader to review. Furthermore, the
report will also clarify implementation of four creative experience in workplace context and
evidence of each. Lastly, it will define reflective statement based on implementation of creative
experience.
ASSESSMENT 3
1- Planing four creative experiences to foster children's creativity
Creative experience 1-
The first experience is created in term of developing self-expression, by offering
individual children's opportunity to play with sand. It can be said that sand play is one of those
fantastic chances for aged 0-2 years old children's, through which they may gain creative
experience in term of creating a sand castle in proper structure (Yaghoobian and Emadian, 2019).
Furthermore, tutors also take initiative to engage children's in creative techniques where they
may apply their creativity, which in turn contribute to foster their creativeness.
Innovative experience 2
Teachers are also accountable to create great experience that might be created in term of
providing walking path obstacle as activity to aged 2-3 children's that help to foster their positive
self concept as child feel confident when they walk properly and do not fall down at the end
(Özdemir, 2019).
