From this briefing I just need a Plan sheet! Bassically In the case study are present 6 problemes and I need to choose one . I already choose problem number 2. with this problem choosen i need to answer to a 4 question. In the case study is present a WEEK 5 PLAN SHEET and there is where the question are. Each question needs to be between 50-100 words ... I need all the plan to be around 250 words. · What do you consider the core reasons for this specific problem at the hotel?

Although there are variosu reasons because of which the hotel has to face employee turnover but some
basic reasons are discussed as under :
The foreign nationals want to work for shorter periods, thus after that time, they think of leaving
the specific organisation.
Also, less employee motivation can act as one of the basic reasons for causing some sort of
disappointment to the employees and that can also come one reason for staff turnover (Blomme,
Van Rheede and Tromp, 2010).
· Briefly identify how your specific problem may be linked to any other of the 5 remaining proble
ms identified in the hotel case (Confer with your team members who investigating the other listed prob
lems)

Yes, it is completely linked because poor guest satisfaction may be because of the fact that the staff members are
not satisfied with the work, thus they are not able to concentrate on their work, thus their ignorance can lead to
disappoint the customers. So, because of demotivated staff, such situations can happen (Hausknecht and Trevor,
2011).
· How useful do you consider the suggested actions are proposed by Peter Farnsworth to resolve y
our specific problem?
