INTRODUCTION
Systematic planning and implementation is important in public health because they are
considered as a type of evidence for all public health practices as they provide a reliable estimate
of overall intervention been done in terms of effectiveness. With the help of structured planning
which is been done allows us to determine and solve all health problems (Hubley, Copeman and
Woodall, 2021). The below essay involves use of planning and implementation models, kinds of
partners and stakeholders involved in public health, quality models, commissioning, value of
communication and the success of the project. The main focus of essay is on certain models
which are used in public health, about the health care program and importance of quality.
MAIN BODY
Planning and implementation models
There are different models used in planning and implementation of public health. In
context with precede and Proceed model, its focus is mainly on health promotion instead of the
treatment of disease. In relation with precede model it provides a proper structure with respect to
planning and focusing on public health program while in terms of proceed model, it is used for
evaluating whole public health program. It is considered as a model which is used in assessing
health needs in order to design, implement and evaluate health promotion. In relation with its
elements it is further been explained as below:-
Social diagnosis:- In this element social problem gets determined as it affects the quality of
whole life in context with the target population. With the help of this model a link between social
problem and quality of life gets identified and all respective information is received through
different ways like surveys, community forums and so on.
Educational diagnosis:- In context with this element there are different factors which are
involved and are in relation with public health like enabling factors( Raphel and Fry‐Bowers,
2021). With the help of this factor a specific behavior like in terms of health related laws.
This model was also applied in the project of child pedestrian injury prevention. Through this
project certain epidemiological factors were analyzed with respect to child pedestrian injuries,
target groups in terms of the primary children ( Nilsson Lindström and Bringsén, 2021). This
project also identified environmental risk factors as whether there is lack of education by parents
or in context with road design. Another example is in context with vaccination access. In terms
of this the health of society gets protected.
Kinds of partners and stakeholders involved in public health
In public health project there are various stakeholders involved and these are physician
associations, community departments, different housing authorities, and local health
departments, commissioners and so on. They all play different kind of roles which is been
explained as below:-
