INTRODUCTION
Planning an event refers to the process of creating and planning an event further organizations to
promote new product and services and also promoting the organizational ‘overall product and
services to the people so that they get a good knowledge about the offerings of the organizations
to the customer. the report will explain all the necessary factors which are required for planning
an event and also for the next plane the risk management in the evaluation will be explained in
the report, The report will explain all the necessary requirements which the organizations need to
focus while planning an event in the best way and to make the most use of marketing and their
tool.

Vegan food festival will be organised at Greenwich garden in London by which helps
Tesco to reach customer easily and sell its organic product as well as other vegetarian food and
hence increase customer satisfaction level. It will be hallmark event and hence local as well as
other tourist will be attracted for the event and hence help firm in reaching to customer easily
and increase profit share of firm. As it is organised by Tesco to attract and hence focus of firm
will be on attracting customers and increase market share in time of globalization. There are
three types of sectors namely public, private and voluntary (Backman, 2018). Public sector
focuses on providing quality services to customers on time and increase citizens’ satisfaction
level and hence workforce betterment of nation. It is run and own by government firm and hence
all audits and other report will be submitted to government. Private sector run for earning profit
from their sales and increase market share in time of globalization and also gaining customers by
different programs such as event concert etc. It has a limited liability and only responsible to
board of director for its work but it also has to submit detail t government for funding and other
type of activity. Voluntary organisation focuses on welfare of society and also non as NON-
profitable firm. It focuses on increase lifestyle of country’s people by providing best quality
services. Public sector organised event to increase culture, heritage etc. promotion while on other
hand private sector has a profitable interest by it for example Tesco organising event for
attracting customers and improve market position in time of globalization. Voluntary sector
organised programs to spread awareness regarding various problem with good solution and even

they focuses on attracting attention of people for various types of issue that has to be solve
timely for example: Menstruation health awareness among youngster help young boys in their
early ages. Organic food product promotion by vegan food festival by private sector in reaching
to customer timely and increase market share in globalization (Levi, 2016.). Culture event host
by government is to attract local as well as tourist to increase tourism in country as well as raise
economy. Major event help in reachi9ing to large number of crowd such as black life matters by
various event increase attention of large number of people in different part of globe. Culture

changing life of people. Major event can increase economy of company as well as country as

and locals both participate in it and help them in cheer up life as we as increase awareness.

COVID has affected life of large number of people as we as shifted taste and trend of
customers towards organic product and improve market position of firm in time of globalization.
Tesco is one of biggest retail firm in United Kingdom and after pandemic focusing on attracting
customers towards new range of organic product so that increase market share and gain
competitive advantage in changing business. It will be organised on 1st of January 20201 in
Greenwich garden United Kingdom which have capacity of creating arrangement of large
number of tourist as well as local (Granadillo, El-Barbori and Debar, 2016). Firm is focusing on
influencing locals for importance of product and the way in which it become necessary for
changing life and also its impact on sustainable development of country. Government and
voluntary organization will support Tesco’s event will enhancing awareness among British
customer about importance of healthy product and its impact on lifestyle of people. It positively
impact on growth of firm which hampered because of pandemic and improve financial stability
by new consumers for Tesco product & services.
