Present report is going to be enclosed with planning & managing resources, that would
help health care agencies and hospitals in offering patients with best care and service. Here, it
can be said that learning resources is a very specific journal in any project management which is
related to gathering several necessary resources required to properly deliver any project. This
bifurcates task for each person in organization and makes it easier for project assessment. There
are several tools which are required to make this planning more easily. This usually requires a
proper team work, resource guru, plans and schedule, technology and easy access to such
resource to full fill firm’s requirements (Miller and et. al.,2019).
Question 1a: Reflecting on the importance of attaining best service user
outcomes in care, discuss how the concept of resource planning could be
used to make available and free up resources for the new ‘Mental Health
Supported Housing’ project.
The case-study and the environment in which health and social care settings operate in the UK.
Considering the case, which has been given where the Mental Health Supported Housing
is going to be launched within the uncertain environment of United kingdom due to reasons like
Brexit and demand of services that gets changes regularly. it becomes really very hard for a
business organisation which is new in nature to deal with all the issues that are political or other
types of problems. One of the primary most issue that has been found that is resource planning
where Mental Health Supported Housing is dealing with the same situation because of high
uncertainty level of business environment and this has happened due to Brexit and change among
demand of patients (Austin and Pinkleton, 2015). Basically, Brexit has had the major impact
upon most of the hospitals dealing within the United kingdom because most of the nurses and
doctors that were having other citizenships from UK has started fearing of loosing job. on the
other hand, change in demand is also considered to be one of the issue which has raised
questions on the performance level that both existing and new healthcare agencies like Mental
Health Supported Housing were performing in the uncertain business environment.
