INTRODUCTION
There are 2 kinds of permission which is required
for carrying out the building work. Building of
regulations set standards for designing and
construction of the building for ensuring safety and
health for the people in buildings. It also consists the
need for ensuring that the fuel and power is
conserved and services are given for the people
including those having disabilities, for accessing
and moving in the buildings. Planning seeks for
guiding way of cities, town and development of
country side. It consists of using the land and
buildings, buildings appearance, considerations of the
landscapes etc. having effect on the development of
general environment(Melzner, 2019).
