relation with all the workers by communication each and every situation of the business. To
increase the skills of the communication firstly I have to become the good and effective listener
in the organisation (Jackson, and Wilton, 2017). I can learned the skills of the listening from the
senior manager of the HR so that the employees also make the effective concentration while
communicating with them. Communication will be effective only when I can solve the problem
of the workers in the working environment of the organisation. More and more interaction with
the workers will maintain the good level of communication between us. To communicate the
success and growth of the organisation with the employees make the good working condition in
the workplace. Body language and gesture of mine is also essential to cover the gap of low level
of interaction between the employees of the company and me.
At the time of decision making I am confused in some of the situation and I have to
become the good decision maker so I have to eliminate this kind of gap in the organisation. By
involving the workers in the decision making process it will gives the effective and efficient

for the business operation or not. This type of interview will helps me to collect the lots
