INTRODUCTION
Planning is considered as the strategic business activity which is enabled and developed
by business owner in order to plan and track the growth of business and its revenues. It also
allows the business activities to allocate their business functions and its limited resources in
order to describe its efforts which is useful in adapting changes and also make its suitable
difference from the competitor (Hu, 2016). At the time of doing planning, it bring many changes
with the functions of business in order to develop prominent plans and strategies. For this,
planning requires improvement and development of policies which is useful in determining the
risk factor which arises within business environment. In this report, KTA Group T/A Worleys is
considered which deals in offering used cars within its local area and provide good quality cars
and located in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire. Moreover, this report is going to describe the
growth and opportunities of company with the help of using Ansoff model. Moreover, different
sources of funding is described for the growth and expansion of company and business plan is
developed which is useful in providing information regarding the finance and funds of company.
Lastly, exit plan is discussed with prominent benefits and drawbacks in context of business.

frameworks
Business organisations use policies and plans in order to achieve desired goals and
objectives which is developed as a written document in order to provide suitable information
regarding the goals and objectives (Lambert and Oatley, 2017). Here, to attain competitive
advantage, KTA Group T/A Worleys can opt suitable strategic methods which are useful in
attaining profitability and sustainability for business. Here, two considerable approaches are used
that are Porter's Generic and PESTLE analysis which are discussed as under:
Porter's Generic Model: This framework is concerned with those activities that are
related with business and its operations which are quite narrow and wide. In order to achieve
competitive edge, it provide suitable benefits which are related with low prices to their potential
customers. Here, few strategies are discussed as under: Cost leadership: With the help of this strategy, company can become leader of their
dealing sector as opted strategy is helpful in improving the survival within the dynamic
