INTRODUCTION
Plant-based diet shows the comparison which is well related with the diet which is rich in
the animal’s product which is more sustainable because they are usually show the fewer natural
resource which is less taxing on the term of environment. In addition to this, the given global
population explosion and enhance in the term of wealth (Above and beyond meat: the role of
consumers’ dietary behavior for the purchase of plant-based food substitutes, 2021). Therefore,
it shows the enhance increase in the demand of food of animal’s origin. Plant based diet includes
not only vegetables and fruits but also nuts, seeds, whole grains, legumes, peanut, lentils and
quinoa. Plant based diet includes all the food products which we obtain from plants. Now a day a
number of people are suffering from obesity, cardiovascular diseases and diabetes just because of
their unhealthy diet. So it is needed to focus on healthy diet to improve the health outcome. The
best way to deal with this problem is to consume plan t based diet. The objective of this essay is
to make reader aware of importance of plant based diet and also how it helps to improve health
outcomes. This essay will also let reader know how to promote plant based diet. It also talks
about the substantiality of the plant based diet in comparison to others. In this report, the major
of discussion is usually cover the plan based diet with the comparison to the meat based diet
which is more sustainable because that they are usually show the comparison which is les natural
resourced which is less taxing on environment (Comparing nutritional, economic, and
environmental performances of diets according to their levels of greenhouse gas emissions,

According to Cristopher and Theresa, (2021), Plant based diet plays an important role to
improve the health outcome as it helps to build the immune system. The sustainability of the
plant based diet is also more in comparison to animal based diet. Plants have all the essential
nutrients which is important to give energy and build the immune system. All the vitamins,
phytochemicals, nutrient and antioxidant present in the plant keeps the body in balance and
healthy. Benefits of consuming plant based diet includes it reduces arthritic pain, essential for
improvement of mental health and wellbeing, decreases the risk of urinary tract infection and
saves hospital cost. It is analysed that the plant based products prevent many illness and makes a
