INTRODUCTIONThe plan pressing refers to a process in which botanists collect plant specimens fromparticular area and preserve it by using plant set of equipments called as plant press. Thebiological specimens in large quantity along with standard maximum size are stored inherbarium for several purposes. There are different types of plants which are observed insurrounding areas but some of them are very useful for people as they haver medicinal use andsuitable to utilise to cure any kind of health issue (Kataria and at. al., 2016). This assignment willdiscuss about medicinal plants along with their morphological characteristics and their medicinalusage for several purposes. TASKMedicinal plant speciesThere are different types of pants on Earth having their own medicinal or other usesalong with their own characteristics. They have various parts such as stem, roots, leaves, flower,fruits etc. which has different use in medical field. Some of useful plants are given below: Withania Somnifera: This is kind of woody shrub belongs to Solanaceae family andgrows up to two feet in height. It has several vernacular names such as Indian ginseng, poisongooseberry coqueret somnifère, poc-poc sauvage, malagueta de galinha or winter cherry.
