INTRODUCTION
The playground is defined as an essential aspect for the children in order to grow
themselves and express their fun with the safe space while developing cognitive, physical, social,
and emotional skills. Moreover, the playground is an area or a place where children can play
their games and activities more safely by reducing the minimum chances of injuries or falls. In
this, it is important to perform outdoor games and activities because it is an important aspect for
child development that allows children to develop self-confidence and self-esteem effectively. In
this, it also encourages the children to become aware of the boundaries of their limits and
manage the challenges in the adopted activities. So, in order to perform such activities, the
playground is usually worked as a set that promotes children's physical activity for sustainable
health outcomes. Moreover, the playground provides accessible support for the physical activity
opportunities with the various children by providing a safe and supervised setting. It also
enhances the practice skills and ultimately plays a role in adult competencies such as the ability
to collaborate with others and communicate effectively. However, it also develops decision-
making skills and is helpful to perform our leadership role. In this report, it is being discussed
which is above mentioned in the posters while creating an approach to understand the
consideration regards with the play space playground and their effective role in the development
of children's physical social cognitive, and emotional skills (Agboola and et. al., 2017).

The rationale of the activities
The rationale indicates that the playground and the activities which are listed include water
and sand play, block play and many more are creating a helpful opportunity to adventure their
life and develop skills that are helpful for the future. As per the current scenario, the children are
filled with an abundance of activities and fewer opportunities to enjoy outside play. As per the
current situation, video games, television, and increase focus on schooling and academics is
usually reduce the physical appearance of the children during their primary education. This
reduction and the physical and development can lead to creating various implications in the
development of children. Moreover, it helps to provide a sign that the activities are helpful to
create gross motor skills and development with the anatomical and morphological ways.
Moreover, it is very essential to understand the importance of playgrounds for children that is

useful in order to develop communication, interaction, and coordination with a number of people
(Berman and et. al., 2018).
Learning with the help of play
It is also evaluated that learning through play is very difficult but when taking the aspect of
children, it is very essential for the development of initial skills. In this, the play is a spontaneous
activity that creates an impact on the children to engage with fun and provide some learning with
the help of activities. In this, the experts in a variety of fields usually include psychology,
biology, health, and education which is usually conducted with the magnitude of studies which
play a vital concept to where's childhood play to prove the same critical path. It all depends on
the playground that provides the essential approach of learning during primary schooling. The
basic learning skills which are adopted from the play are coordination, development of motor
skills, cognitive abilities, social awareness, improvement in the language, and so much more. As
per this, the playgrounds are the perfect place where children are used to engaging each other’s
and developing such skills. However, when a child is present in the playground then they used to
perform different structures and space give them a freedom that provides a decision-making skill
which is reflected by choosing how they want to play. This is helpful because it creates an
indication to explore their natural tendencies interact with a broader range of age groups and
awaken their creative instinct (Brian and et. al., 2018).
Physical Development and benefits
With the contrast of playground, it is all through analysis that it is useful to provide
beneficial support for the physical strength of children. There was a various recommendation
which is associated with the children's behavior that they can act spend 60 minutes of moderate
to vigorous physical activity in their everyday life. It is useful to strengthen the mind and boost
the physical activity of children with all-around development. Playgrounds are the major aspect
to develop healthy environment and usually conducting a place for the children for their workout
which is based on the body. That usually include exercise that provide strength to their arms legs
and so on in this it also helpful to improve the flexibility and balance of the body (Yantzi and et.
al., 2018).
Moreover, develop the motor skills and hand eye coordination, opportunities to learn how
to control their movement, and improve instinct. In addition to this, it is also helpful approach to
promote the healthy heart and lung function and provide strength to the muscles and immune

functions. With this, It also play vital aspect towards the body by lowering the risk of obesity and
diabetes and enhance the speed, strength, balance, and coordination within the body gestures
(Lasagabaster and et. al., 2017).
Social development
The social development is also enabled through the playground because it is helpful to
create a social environment with the proper coordination and communication among the peoples.
In this, when children use to meet other kid on the playground, it teaches them about the social
norm and activity which is associated with the interaction and communication. Moreover, it is
provided aspect for the future for the development of a relationship within the workplace or in a
society. The learned social skills include getting and on taking turns and patience help in
resolving the skills, sharing thoughts and creating a band with friendship. Moreover, it also plays

Emotional development and their impact
The physical and social benefit of the children with the help of playing is normal. However,
it also creates emotional changes in the child wellbeing that is not recognized but still very
important aspect for the development of children. Moreover, the selected activities and play is
helpful for the development of physical activity and also help the children to deal with their
emotional and reduce the stress level. In this, the children may experience a positive emotional
impact when they are allowed to play such type of games on the playground. However, it helps
to boost the self-confidence by facing the challenges over the playground and this allowed them
and make a sense of control which is unavailable with the various parts of their lives. However,
it teaches them how to deal with challenges in the happy away with a better health outcome
(Smokowski and et. al., 2019).

As per the above discussion, it is analyzed that the selected activities or play a for the
children is helpful to contribute in their social, cognitive, and emotional development. Moreover,
the play and activities have a primary respect for the physical development by participating in
activities that is helpful to provide physical strength. As per this, the water and sand play a

crucial role in the development of child physical and gross motor skills and other play is also
beneficial for supporting children physical social cognitive and emotional wellbeing.
