INTRODUCTION
Equality and diversity can be defined as equal rights along with the tasks and opportunities given

Considering the case of Stephen Lawrence, it has been analysed that the racially motivated attack
was done with him and police authorities did not even investigate the case in fair manner.
However, it is necessary for police and other legal bodies to eliminate the factor of racism and
discrimination in order to avoid murder attempts and other criminal activities with people which
facilitate to develop peaceful society (Friedman, Friedman and Leverton, 2016). Meanwhile, it is
suggested that diverse population should share their ideas to each other and provide support as
well for formulating happy and developed society. It has been recommended for government to
apply strict legislations to eliminate racism and facilitate diverse population living with mutual
understand and respectfully along with encouraging fair treatment to every citizen.

From the above assignment, it has been concluded that racism motivated attack is not a good
sign for the society because these factors impact negatively on entire atmosphere. It includes that
advisory bodies and government should put extra efforts for develop environment free from
discrimination and diverse population gaining fair treatment in the country.
