As it is analyzed that the project of cleaning solar panels does not get finished within the
deadline then number of issues related with the delay generally get aroused within the project. In
order to manage the project time, the method of project crashing will generally be utilized. It is
found that with the help of crashing, a greater number of resources are generally added with the
project activity in order to complete the project quite effectively however this method is
generally not considered to be expensive [3]. The main benefit that will generally be achieved
from the cleaning solar panel project is that with the help of crashing the entire project gets
completed quite faster in comparison to the time that is forecasted which further helps in
delivering the project before time. Moreover, the technique of crashing can be utilized when the
project is facing delay and then crashing of the project schedule is one of the important ways that
helps in coping with the delay and helps in competing the work of the project successfully [7].
On the other hand, it is found that adding resources on the project activity generally
increases the budget of the project in comparison to the budget that is allocated to the project.
Moreover, this method also comprises with the quality of the project [5]. Furthermore, it is
found that crashing the project generally means adding more resources on work for completing
the work faster however brining additional resources at work will generally have negative impact
on the project in the resources who are involved with the project are not very much skilled or
experienced. In addition to this, if crashing is done without proper knowledge then it would
generally create negative impact on the progress of the project.

In addition to this, the project manager can also ask for more deadlines in order to
complete the work of the project. Asking for more deadlines can one of the options that can be
utilized for completing the project [2]. However, it is found that extension in the time of the
project generally increases the budget of the project that further creates a number of issues as
well as challenges in the project. Thus, it is analyzed that crashing the project is the best option
for the present elution as per the present scenario as comparison to the cost that is mainly
associated with the extension of the project deadline.
Thus, in the cleaning of solar panels project, crashing method is generally used in order
for completing the entire project within the deadline. It is found that due to some problem it is
assumed that the time that is needed for the project increases by 10 days and thus the project will
be completed in 108 days and in order to reduce the time, crashing is done on the activities of the
project [3]. The figure that is given below reflects on crashing that is done for reducing the
project activities. Moreover, it is analyzed that due to crashing the entire project gets completed
within 98 days that is assumed as per the initial plan. Thus, it is analyzed that the method or
technique of crashing is generally helpful in avoiding delay within the project.
It is found that more AUD 30,000 is generally allocated for the project for managing the
project effectively. It is quite necessary to hire a greater number of resources within the project
by utilizing budget of around AUD 30,000 for completing the entire project quite successfully.
Thus, it is found that this amount of money is generally utilized for hiring of resources who are
further required for project crashing therefore it is analyzed that additional amount of money is
generally is used for successfully crashing the project which further finishes the project on time.
