1. INTRODUCTION (2 MARKS)
Reflective practice is the process which reflects a person action and function so that they can
easily learn and develop their skill. It will help in developing huge advantage to enhance self-
awareness which is considered as a major element of emotional intelligence. The main motive
of the lesson learns are support me in increasing my knowledge and capabilities. In this lesson,
I was learnt how to formulate and define the new project and a new phase of current projects.
The assignment is based on developing a project in which I need to follow all these stages that
are learnt by me in the lectures. It includes planning, initiating, executing, monitoring and
closing.
2 LESSONS LEARNT: FRAMEWORK (6 MARKS)
2.1Lessons learnt framework explained (1 mark)
At the time of the lecture, I learned how to develop a project with the help of using different
stages. My teacher provides accurate knowledge and information about how to start a project
inappropriate manner. In this, I have selected those team members who have the required skills
and knowledge regarding the project. My teacher has to give me the information regarding
how to use the initiation stage where I learnt to start the project with the help of necessary
resources. For developing the project I needed to plan whole work that was performed by me
and remaining work distributed among team members (Niazi, et. al., 2016). In addition to this,
I learnt that I required focusing on both strength and opportunities of all the stages of project
development that assist me in recognize the main factors of the study.

3.1 Defining lessons learnt (or learned) (1 mark)
In this, I learnt lessons of three topics that helped in the improvement of my skills and also
increase my knowledge. In week 3, Stakeholders considerations were taught to me by my tutors.
The major stakeholders can be identified with the help of the organisational charts that was
required by the company (Ekrot, Kock, & Gemünden, 2016). Along with this, I learnt that
stakeholders can directly impact on different strategies, plans, policies and performance of an
organization. It includes employee’s government suppliers, creditors, and owners. During the
lecture, I was learnt that how an organization structure could impact on the ability to identify

known that there are various

organisation.
In this situation, I feel that I
was learnt more knowledge
about the stakeholders. I
realised that knowledge of

It can be concluded that project management stages assist me in accomplishing the whole
project requirements. Also, it can help me lead towards an accurate direction to finish the
project. There are two lessons which are described by me in this report that include project
management stages and stakeholders. This will help me in enhancing my skill and knowledge.
