according to the UK hospitality organisation.
 The growth of the construction industry also slowed down by 3% during the month of August 2020.
 The aerospace manufacturer has been announced to cut the total of 9000 jobs because of the tough conditions
caused by COVID 19.
 The pandemic not only majorly impacted the organisation but also decreases the employment ratio.

It can be suggested that a new normal has been worsened the conditions of businesses. In
United Kingdom over two trillion businesses are current in the debt now and government has
completely neglected that how lockdown becomes a major tragedy for the organization. The
government maintains it has struck a balance between protecting jobs, the economy and saving
lives. Every sector including entrepreneurship, investors, mega events, unemployment and
welfare costs are facing a big damage in the society.

that different businesses survived and maintained daily activities. The majority states that
catastrophic impact were taken place during the time of lockdown. 2700 large business
organisations has been suggested that they are not sure whether to reduce or stopped their
product at the time of lockdown and approximately 31% are not even want to survived due to
difficulties that has been occurred at the time of Lockdown.
Conclusion
The above discussion concludes that businesses have suffered a lot at the
time of Covid 19 pandemic and but the government somehow try to help
businesses on the basis of loans, cash grants and tax relief. Also,
government has been started emerging with the new policy that employers
have to pay 80% to their staff members when they were not working due to
genuine reason.
