Most important is that individual have ti use existing measures which has been tried instead of investing on new one. In this report broad category of health will be included i.e., physical, mental and social for framing discussion of demographic as well as epidemiological data along with associated health risk(Tosteson and et. al., 2014). On the other hand, social well-being is individual end state in that basic requirement get met as well as human being will able to coexist peacefully in communities with advancement opportunities. In addition to this, social well-being is when people have good relationship with each other, peace and social stability. This report is based on person named as Mr. ABC and he is older adult who come under agegroupof35-55years.Heis39yearsoldmanrunningownbusinessoffurniture manufacturing(Teerawattananon and et. al., 2016). Mr. ABC join family business of furniture manufacturing after completing MBA in finance, main reason behind joining business is that he don't want to do job. much even on small things which shows that he is not mentally fit. Main reason behind high blood pressure is tension which he take, it result in several other health issues also. Such as headache, vision problem, chest pain, blood in urine, irregular heartbeat and several other (Inadomi and et. al., 2012). This is the main reason that Mr. ABC is not allowed to go alone anywhere as it is important to be with someone. If something will happen then at that time it is important to be with someone so that situation will handle in effective manner. There are several information related to respective person health such as Heigh 5.8 feet, weight 69. Mr. ABC take proper diet as he live with family but he don't like some green vegetables and his mother take care of her, he don't smokeas well as have no drinking habits. Apart from this, as discussed before that he is not mentally well due to tension taken by him. It is not because of life he is satisfy with it but because of some situations result in creating tension for him. Along with physical and mental health there is requirement of being socially well also as it include hobbies, outside interest, family and friends support etc.(Richard and et. al., 2015). Mr. ABC have hobby of reading newspaper and bike riding along with this he is no engaged in any type of outside activities due to which he continuously gaining weight. Family member of Mr. ABC is supportive in nature as they support him in everything but he don't have much friends. From the above entire discussion it has been identified that there are several health risk associated with individual. These are because of Mr. ABC life style, eating habits and so on. It is necessary for him to improve this so that blood pressure and tension issue get reduced and he will started living healthy life. As explained above Mr. ABC don't eat some of green vegetables so it is necessary for him to add these in daily diet because it include several vitamins, minerals and protein within it. Along with this, he don't do any outside and physical activities in daily routine due to which his weight is increasing day by day(Jackson and et. al., 2014). It is necessary for everyone to include some activities such as morning walk, playing outdoor games, Aerobics, Gym and so on. All these keep mind fresh and even individual enjoy these physical activities also result in removing stress level and also reduce tension. If he will go out and meet people then friendship also build which help him in enjoying life in better manner. If Mr. ABC enjoy life without feeling any type of tension then his blood pressure will also get normal and chances of any other health issues will also get reduce. There are some recommendation for Mr. ABC which help him in future for proper treatment of physical and mental issues. Thus, for reducing tension level he should have to do
physical activities like walk, exercise, meditation and so on. Along with this, he should have to reduce caffeine intake such as coffee, tea, chocolates and energy intakes because high doses of these result in increasing anxiety. Most beneficial way by which Mr. ABC can reduce stress level is chewing a stick of gum(Lowres and et. al., 2014). People who chew gum have great sense of well-being with low stress level. When he feel tension at that time should not sit along and have to spend time with friends and family because it will help him in reducing tension and maintaining blood pressure normal. Apart from this, he have blood pressure problem also which is dangerous condition result in damaging heart. As already discussed that walk and exercise is necessary because it also help in getting blood pressure normal. When individual have high blood pressure issue it is necessary to reduce intake of sodium because salt is linked with it as well as heart events also like stroke. Mr. ANC have to add food in diet which is full of potassium because it is important mineral and include green leafy vegetables, sweet potato, tomatoes, orange, apricots, avocados, milk, yogurt and many more. Health screening is the test which help in looking for diseases before having its symptoms. In simple term, screening test provide assistance in finding diseases earlier when they can treated in easy manner(Morris and et. al., 2015). High blood pressure is also health issue which find out while doing screening. There are several advantages of health screening such as early identification of diseases which result in better outcomes, improve health of population, potential cost avoidance and long term cost saving for chronic patients. Along with these advantages there are some disadvantage also such asevery type of health relatedscreening test also result in several harm to health of individual. For instance, x-ray related bones screening result in exposing the body radiation. Along with this, endoscopy of the bowel result in some health issues as it can lead to bleeding as well as some major injuries within in rare cases. Thus, it is important for individual to analyse both advantages as well as disadvantage of health screeningbefore getting it done. So that, there will be no negative effect on body of individual as well as positive will be gain. Medical test will be measure by doctor or any specialist in which inflatable arm cuff put around the arm ad help in measuring blood pressure(Olson and et. al., 2012).It is given in millimetres of mercury (mm Hg) which have two numbers. The first, or upper, number measures the pressure in arteries when heart beats (systolic pressure). The second, or lower, number measures the pressure in arteries between beats (diastolic pressure). In addition to this, blood pressure in categorised within four categorise i.e., normal blood pressure, elevated blood pressure, stage 1 hypertension and stage 2 hypertension.
CONCLUSION From above entire discussion it has been concluded that measuring health on timely basis is important for everyone. Health have to be measure on three state i.e., physical, mental as well as social level. It is necessary to be strong enough at all these three state then only individual will be consider as healthy. In addition to this, if anyone have some health issues it directly reflect on them at physical level. Thus, it is essential for every human being measure health on immediate basis when they feel any type of changes in them.
