REFLECTION Over the course of the study, I learned about the research process. I discovered that study entails a literature review, research methodology, interpretation, and conclusions, among other things. Many of these words were unfamiliar to me previously. Cash, time, and resources were the research concerns. I realised that I did not use the quantitative method because of a lack of time and resources, since it takes more time and money to investigate using a quantitative tool. I learned the significance of key words through study(Maier-Paape and Zhu, 2018). It is simpler and quicker to conduct research if the researcher is familiar with the main words. Individuals must set targets in order to resolve or strengthen their limitations in order to be effective in any type of business opportunity. To become self-assured, one must confront their fears and attempt to resolve them. To improve impatient behaviour, a person must be relaxed, and yoga and meditation is quite helpful. The use of appropriate key words will help you get more fruitful outcomes. During my study, I discovered a number of advantages to using a smart method. Smart approaches are observable and precise, and they are not ambiguous in nature. Furthermore, an effective understanding of academic integrity is essential to continue the study since it involves incorporating principles such as honesty, justice, trust, respect, and accountability into academic practises(Addoum, 2017). Academic integrity is a system or structure of guidelines that assists students in comprehending the significance of certain principles in university studies. When planning is achieved with a smart strategy, the likelihood of planning success increases. The identification of target is made easy as I learned how to quickly find out if a goal was missed by using smart targets. If a smart approach is devised then only the researcher would be able to determine success at the outset. Its biggest benefit, in my opinion, is that it divides large goals into several smaller ones because small goals are easier to accomplish than larger goals (Kock, Heising and Gemünden, 2016). I have learned the value of time, as setting smart goals allows me to complete each task on time.
