Introduction
I am looking for having the role of restaurant manager, for the same reason this report

Strength
 Looking at the strength I am very good at my verbal communication and also I find it
easy to negotiate with the variety of the different type of the activity in the organization
and university (Han, Kim and Kang, 2017).
Weakness
 Written communication and team work are two of the weakness which is being seen by
me at the time of carrying out the different activity in the organization.
Opportunity
 Biggest opportunity in front of me is to develop the written communication and
organizational skill by going into the seminar and conferences.
Threat
 Looking at the threat presents it has been find out that not able to communicate well in
written form will create the issue for me in building wrong impression of mine on the
others.

Career options
 Restaurant manager: It is the first target job which I will be targeting in the coming time,
reason behind the same is that I am having some sort of experience of the hospitality
industry. Also, I am looking to develop the variety of the skill which is suitable for the
role of the Restaurant manager (Faberman and Kudlyak, 2019).
 Bar Operational Manager: It is another sort of the job role which will be targeted by me
in the coming future. Reason behind choosing the same role is that I am having the
experience of working with them and also having different skill set for performing the
same role as well.
Qualification
For the above mention job role, I will be requiring the graduating degree in the management
field. In the above mention job role practical knowledge will stand more strong as compare to the
theoretical knowledge, so I will be requiring a good industry and management knowledge in the
form of the Job or Internship.

Indeed, is an online search engine platform which used to promote the variety of the job
post. It used to help the candidate to directly send the resume to the employer or the recruiter
which eventually improve the efficiency for the individual to touch the job post. Example of the
job positing is attached in the Appendix.
Another is the newspaper advertisement, as all the employer generally used to give the
advertisement in the newspaper from their candidate can find the same. There is specific blog in
the newspaper (Mukoyama, Patterson and Şahin, 2018).

Reflection
Conducting Part 1 and Part 2 has helped me in gaining the variety of the different type of the
learning in context of how to conduct the variety of the different type of evaluation of myself and
I was able to identify the Goal on the basis of the same I can plan the variety of the different
course of my activity in the way that it used to help the company in achieving the goal of the
business in the proficient way.
Looking at the skill set which was developed by me was the evaluation skill of the mine
as I was able to evaluate the different activity of mine in the organization and on the basis of the
same I was able to come on to the outcome which has eventually helped me in planning my
future goal and also making my updated CV on the basis of the same I can achieve the objective
of future goal as well (Thudt and et.al., 2018).
Move forwards in your career development
To achieve the carer development plan in the future I will be taking the different feedback
from the tutor and the senior in the organization and on the basis of the same I will be
continuously brining the variety of the changes in my approach which will eventually help me in
overcoming the variety of the issue very easily in the market.
Another thing which will be consider is that I will be evaluating the progress toward the
same on the basis of the need of the market and on the basis of the same I will be evaluating my
plan on the basis of the same I will be planning the different course of the activity in the better
way in the long run (Hanna, 2019).
