Even the food industry of US should maintain the pre-requisite standards of the FDA before servicing it out publically.The success lies in hiring immensely talented employees who feel responsible & accountable in servicing US citizens at any levels.Even if the frauds occur at any levels at any department such as Health, Education or Welfare it'seasily traceable & identified people can be convicted of charges which can be imposing fines to barring them from practicing further (Monette, 2013).HHS has been able to generate success in meeting its goals & so far it has been able to execute, implement as per the pre-requisite standards of various departments & authorities.While doing an in-depth research some of the areas of concerns which it can improve upon is often its noticed that Doctors or Nurses which commit frauds or are prosecuted in the criminal investigations in a particular state of US & later on when it migrates to some other parts of US it becomes difficult to keep a tab on an individual level. Hence, it should have a commonly issued license which lists all the past recorded civil & criminal prosecutions.
