INTRODUCTION
Academic English Skills is critical for university and college research works and it has the
students to improve their analysing, listening, talking, utilising, mastering, studying and working
abilities in higher education. In the higher education or university level, there may be an
increasing demand for college students to recognise various languages, especially those
descriptive languages that are used in certain regions and academic languages that are utilised to
educate them in a given situation. The language of teaching is the way that shows what is used
for improving learning experiences in the universities (Thomas, 2019). It is different from
various types of writing like annotated bibliography as well as literature review. The following
report will be describing the learning activities that I obtained by completing the assessment.
MAIN BODY
I mainly learnt of researching, planning and writing academic skills with the help of this
coursework and assignment. In the first course work assessment I discussed various benefits and
drawbacks for an organisation that tends to move their production operations to a developing
country, in terms of social, economic and political effects of the company relocation. I planned
for the overall structure of the article and I have obtained various sources from books, media and
internet that can be helpful to complete the assignment. I used an online source for researching
that I found from the internet on Google scholar as it is very common for the big companies to
use various outsourcing for their context (McRae, 2018). From the source I learnt about the
outsourcing activities by the organisation that affects the overall profitability and services of the
organisation. I learnt that the authors use philosophical and statistical aspects for backing up
important claims. There was a discussion about the outsourcing activities of the organisation that
have positive as it is negative effects on the organisation, people and society.

I developed analysis skills from this part of the assignment that was due to the learning
activities. I obtained another source by searching for multinational production on Google scholar
that was helpful to understand the multinational production activities for taking the businesses to
the international market. I understood about the change management activities that the
multinational organisations adopt in the emerging countries across the world. With the help of
the academic journal the authors try to get better evidence about the various conditions that may
be devastating while shifting to the unknown or foreign location and I identified that there are
various hazardous working conditions that may affect the working of organisations in
international locations. There are many standards in the developing nation that can be helpful to
provide enhanced understanding about multinational companies (Aguilar, Uccelli and Galloway,
2020). Finally I identified the ambiguity of current perspectives on multinational firms.
Technical literacy and attention to details refers to the knowledge of various technological
aspects and attention refers to the ability to focus over something that was developed with this
assessment. I found another aspect of influential and iconoclastic business thinking that tells
about the real activities of an organisation in the international market. With the help of the online
research I examined the drawbacks of relocating an organisation and its activities in the
international market that has outlined various issues (Phillips Galloway and Uccelli, 2019). I
understood various issues by this online research that is communication, migration activity,
interconnectivity and staff management aspects. I also understood various other concepts like the
disadvantages of opening a production facility in a foreign location with the help of an online
article. There was a discussion about the outsourcing activities of the organisation that have
positive as it is negative effects on the organisation, people and society. As well as, I gained the
knowledge about skimming through which I learnt about various articles that help me to
complete my assignment work.
Oral, written and auditory academic literature writing abilities were developed through this
source evaluation activity that helped to learn many new things and aspects of literature (Phillips
Galloway and Uccelli, 2019). With the help of coursework part 2 about the source evaluation and
use of sources I identified that provided the knowledge about advantages and disadvantages of
opening a production factory in a foreign location. I have obtained the relevant data from the text
along with its supporting examples and various relative texts for completing the examination. I
discovered various factors such as the fear of instability and unexpected uncertainty for

establishing a business in the following location. With the help of supporting evidence of the
moving production process and the changing environment in conditions may lead to uncertainty
in the foregoing environment. This was identified by describing and understanding the very
challenges of manufacturing the location and the security issues generated by the insecurity of
international destinations.
In the other source of the report we identified various foreign location policies that stimulate
backlash conditions for the organisation (Clark and Yu, 2022). I have understood about the
chances of losing long term employees in the original country due to the cheaper labour cost in
the international market. It was related to the second part because it describes the loss of
important employees of the organisation while relocating the organisation in the international
market. I understood about the government changes that affect the migration activities and may
introduce political instabilities that reduce the ability of organisations to sustain their existence in
the international market.
Finally I understood that the movement of developing organisations in developing countries
may help to meet the manufacturing requirements by seeking the third parties to help (Pae and
O'Brien, 2018). I understood that it was very important for starting and describing the increased
product demand and benefit outsourcing production and manufacturing of the organisation. I
learnt that it is very important to have knowledge about various concepts and theories that can be
helpful in improving the overall aspect of learning and observation through the research work.
The aspect of changing work dynamics in the international market is observed across various
countries that reduce the acceptability of people for having low wages. It is important to convert
the idea of an extended level market with the product relocation in the international market
(Obdalova, Minakova and Soboleva, 2020). With the help of supporting evidence of the moving
production process and the changing environment in conditions may lead to uncertainty in the
foregoing environment. This was identified by describing and understanding the very challenges
of manufacturing the location and the security issues generated by the insecurity of international
destinations. I understood various issues by this online research that is communication, migration

CONCLUSION
The above report has been describing the learning that I obtained from various sources. It
has been obtained that it is very important to utilize three advisable sources for improving
academic work. Moreover, it has been understood that the language of teaching is the way that
shows what is used for improving learning experiences in the universities. It has been examined
that different from various types of writing like annotated bibliography as well as literature
review. It has been understood that various concepts, relevant key points, supporting evidence,
and outlining the point is helpful in providing relevant data from a given source. Finally, I have
outlined the ways of improving the overall academy skills through this assessment work.
