The employability development is basically considered as per individual's advancement that usually increases skills, abilities and experiences
over a continuous period of instance. These 10 aftefacts is an essential prospect and it is as briefly explained below as:
Photos or Samples of Work Produced in the PSKC Class: In support of these artefact I am able to enhance my working skills and abilities
as with this I get relate myself with varied range of opportunities that is developed under the constrained period of time that furthermore assist
me to gain long term success in future period of instance.
Personal SWOT Analysis: In relation to this artefact I able able to know more about my strengths and weaknesses as with this suitable
changes and modifications is induced in my personality by which my working capabilities also get enhanced. In this working efficiency and its
productiveness get developed under which ability of mine to achieve standardised outcome is increases over a respective time period.
Personal Development Plan: It is a plan that assist me to get over from the different working conditions as with this my strength get
strengthen and as per concern of weaknesses I have start working more deliberately. In this essential and required level of changes is
implemented be me in modest mode by which I myself get measure significant modification in my working abilities.
Reading Log 1: In support of the reading log I have maintained clear analysis and focus towards career planning as during the pandemic
condition of COVID 19. In this ability of mine to make essential adjustments within employability skills is getting advanced as with this learning

through which I am able to capture better place in future career.

job with support of other applications. In this I get selected or chooses those jobs that is appropriately matches with the skill set of my abilities
