HOW AND WHY 10 ENCLOSED ARTEFACTS HAVE SUPPORTED THE DEVELOPMENT OF MY EMPLOYABILITY? (500 words)
Employability and its development is defined as aspects in which continuous learning opportunities are being seen and various skills are
enhanced using concept of regularity, experience and value. There are various artefacts which can be used in order to develop employability
which are elaborated as under:
Photos or Samples of Work Produced in the PSKC Class: The sample of such work is associated with intensifying my abilities so that
within class I can represent my thoughts in more appropriate manner.
Personal SWOT Analysis: This is helpful in gaining knowledge regarding some areas and skills which are existed within a personality and
helps to develop the same. This is also helpful for me to intensify my skills and capabilities in such a manner that my productiveness could also
be enhanced and goals can be attaining in most appropriate manner.
Personal Development Plan: This is defined as the plan which is highly helpful in order to attain higher capabilities of individual and their
contribution in more specific manner. Besides this personal development is associated with dealing with such changes which are restricted
within time but plays significant role.
Reading Log 1: This is the supporting element through which I can obtain with clear analysis regarding different concepts and aspects in order
to maintain career advancement so that planning can be gained and competitive edge in most favourable manner. under this I am able to
manage my focus over emerging trends so that in standardised manner knowledge can be obtained.
Reading Log 2: This is helpful in developing academic and other skills which is helpful in enhancing my learning capacities. In this manner I
can understand regarding various topics so that to have higher development in personality.
Resources for Job Hunting 1: In the context of job hunting I am required to gather information through various sources so that I can
understand regarding my preference over the jobs. I have used LinkedIn and YouthForWork in order to hunt jobs.
Resources for Job Hunting 2: This is defined as the aspect in which working proficiency can be enhanced so that at job places I can deal
with market competitiveness in more appropriate manner.
Academic Resources 1: The academic knowledge is providing such suitable information in which technicality and practicality and its

knowledge can be enhanced.
Examples of Job Description and Personal Specification: This is defined as providing such resemblance over management and such
recognised job places. The job description is a personal specification which is highly essential in order to get development over job hunting.
Blog: This is defined as the basis in which technical knowledge and information being collected in such personalised manner that both
personal and professional development can be made in successful manner.
