HOW AND WHY 10 ENCLOSED ARTEFACTS HAVE SUPPORTED THE DEVELOPMENT OF MY EMPLOYABILITY?(500 words)
Reflection is helpful to an individual in gaining some information that are required to improve some of these skills and knowledge that will help the individual in career development. To
maintain the knowledge and learning for the working life every individual is required to self analyse and reflect the skills and abilities. The below mentioned appendices really contributed
towards the development of knowledge and creativity and helped me in preparing a portfolio that will self reflect my achievements during the mini project workshop for the prepare success at
University through knowledge and creativity. With the help of appendix 1 I got the opportunity to revaluate my memories and knowledge that I have experience by attending the various
activities during the model sessions and during the class assessment. The pictures that I have demonstrated in appendix 1 demonstrate what I have learnt during the whole process and how well
I was able to manage my relationship with my classmates in order to learn employability skills. The appendix 2 of my personal SWOT analysis has helped me in analysing my strengths
weaknesses opportunities and threats that are important for me to recognise and understand in order to shape my kills so that I can mould them to support me in developing my employability
skills during the PKSC workshop. My personal SWOT analysis I was able to recognise my weaknesses which also help me in developing the appendix 3 that is my personal development plan
which will represent my in abilities and the solutions and the actions that I will take to mitigate those weaknesses and turn them into strength in order to develop my employability and personal
skills that will help me in gaining the knowledge and creativity. In the appendix 4 I am able to present my ideas regarding developing my communication skills in context of academic and
professional knowledge and experience which I am going to focus during my University sessions. Skills will help me in fostering my overall personality help me in professional life exhibit
myself with good vocabulary present on my presentation with excellent verbal and written communication skills. In appendix 5 I was also focusing on increasing my research academic
integrity skills which is very important for me to improve this will help me in writing the best quality and valid content in my assessment and also to maintain the academic integrity in my
professional and personal life. Appendix 6 and 7 what really helpful to me in evaluating the two most well known job hunting websites in the current scenario that will also help me in
providing me best opportunities for my professional career. Help of these two job portals I was able to connect with the best experts all around the World of the top companies that will assist
me in developing professional skills and also direct me towards my career opportunities in the upcoming future. It was useful to me in analysing the importance of Google scholar and how to
search for the valid references and resources for the data that I am using in my assessments and other learning materials for the future. Appendix 9 helps me in evaluating preferences towards
the job designation and my personal specification regarding my essential and desirable skills. Appendix was very useful to me in gathering the strong understanding and knowledge about how
important technology is in today's scenario and also technology will play a major role in providing me opportunities for my upcoming future career and good professional life.
