HOW AND WHY 10 SURROUNDED OBJECTS HAVE SUPPORTED THE GROWTH OF MY EMPLOYABILITY?(500 words)
A student gain education for making their career successful and develop oneself a better person who have potential skills
and knowledge for what they do after graduation. It is the aim of every student to become a part of great profession which
will stable its career and success in every field. After studying this module, I analysed that it is very important for a student to
acknowledge all the personal areas which are required to boost employability skills within me. It gives support for my future
plans and rebuilds them by analysing my own personal skills and weak areas. This module goes out with 10 artefacts That
Give step by step guidance for being a better person after leaving the university. By going through the first task, I have gone
through all the activities and task in my class supported by images which has helped me e in producing the other artefacts.
Moving to 2 second artefact I came across with my personal skills and weakness which are needed to overcome the threats
and take advantages of opportunities. This personal audit have shown me that I have some good understanding of writing
and communication skills by performing group task and working with other classmates give me full motivation and boost my
interpersonal relations that are needed to work into future at an organisation. My weak areas evaluate the facts about I don't
have proper understanding MS word and knowledge of digital Technologies that could the threat for my future career as the
companies required the employees who have good it knowledge that need to be improved. Bye gathering all my strengths
weaknesses opportunities and threats I develop my personal professional development plan which set out an accurate
targets for me after completing my graduation within the specific time frame. The plan is based on my week areas that I
need to work more on effectively. Moving on to next artefact , I write a blog in my own words which has shown me the
significance of Plagiarism and misconduct in professional and academic writing that will result in carry out on decision
making process and key finding skills. After that I found out many references sources which are useful such as Google

Scholar is one of the popular and accurate source of finding references also i came out with the significance of job
description which is required to gain knowledge of person specification and looking for a job is quite easy with LinkedIn. My
graduating attitude shown the skills and potential I have to build my career by doing hard work and how come I I prepare for
the future job market which enables my knowledge toward technology and innovation as all the business market work on the
basis of current Global Technologies so that they could work largely against their competitors. Overall, this module has
helped me finding all the professional and academic skills that are required to fulfill my goal and objective which sure to full
fill in upcoming future.
