INTRODUCTION A person has always required many skills and abilities its personal life to achieve positive results in daily life. Currently people give very high value to that person who has effective skills and abilities. That’s why nowadays most people are putting their efforts to improve different abilities, like; communication skills, decision-making skills, time management skills, teamwork and business skills etc. Currently most businesses or companies are giving high priority to only those candidates in their hiring processes who has well-developed competencies and skills. A person can’t get better results in personal life without developing these all competencies and abilities in their daily life. This report discusses three major challenges which a person has faced in business activities. Some skills also have discussed in this report which a person can improve by facing these all challenges. MAIN BODY Apprentice Challenge Apprentice challenge is also known as a leaner challenge. Each apprentice always faces many challenges in its learning stage. In this businesses, trainee and apprentice are the same thing, because both has always required some specific training sessions to improve themselves. An apprentice never has whole knowledge of business (Laajaj and Macours, 2017). That’s why it facesmanychallengesduring businessactivities.For example;a personnothasproper knowledge about how to operate different machineries within production department. That’s why existing people of business call it an apprentice. An apprentice faces many challenges in learning stage, because it always put its great efforts to understand different aspects of business. That person can easily become a highly professional person by understanding these all aspects of business. Many times apprentice faces challenges which has based on resources. Reason is, an apprentice has always required to use different resources for improving its skills and knowledge within business. Resources includes books & journals, internet, technological gadgets, trainer etc. but many times an apprentice not able to arrange these all resources for developing their existing skills, competencies and knowledge. Lack of resources is really tough challenge for an
apprentice, because it has highly required these all resources to for improving own personality and professionalism. Skills Demonstrated An apprentice face challenge relating to time management as well, because apprentice can’t manage its time in different activities at initial stage in a business (Wiewiora and Kowalkiewicz, 2019). For example; trainer has given a target to apprentice for completing it on time, but it not able to complete that target on time because of poor time management skills. Most of the time, an apprentice not has well-developed skills and competencies etc. That’s why it faces different challenges in business operations. I has faced these all challenges when I was an apprentice. But on that time, I already have many skills which has completely well-developed. For example; time management skills, research skills, business skills and competencies etc. My these all skills and competencies was really helped me for achieving different targets when I was an apprentice. For example; my research abilities have supported me for finding and searching different aspect of a business. On the other side, my time management skill was helped me for properly managing my precious time in different business activities (Parise and Peijnenburg, 2017). According to my experience, time management is one the useful skills which highly supports to me for systematically managing their time in different daily life activities. Presentation Challenge A person faces many challenges while presenting something, because I was really faced some challenges which has based on presentation aspect of business. Basically, presentation aspect plays very important role within a business or company, because this aspect gives opportunity to a business for properly explain a specific plan and decision etc. Once I get task for giving a presentation. On that time, I was not fully prepared about ‘how to give an effective presentation’. That was really tough challenge to me, because I have never give any presentation before. But finally I have decided to start giving presentation.I started to collect different information and data which highly required in that presentation work (Iqbal and Riaz, 2019). I have faced too many challenges in finding different required information and data, because I have no any appropriate resource to collect data and information for giving presentation. But finally, with the support of research it was succeeded in collecting various data and information to perform well in that presentation. I was learnt somewhere that, without appropriate data and

information a person can’t give an effective presentation. That’s why I was putted my huge efforts to collect such all things for that presentation. Skills Demonstrated On that presentation, my excellent and well-developed communication skills was played very great role me, because these are such skills which each person has highly required for well- performing in any presentation. Audience or people who was attending my presentation has really impressed by my well-developed communication skills. But I completely accept on thing that, my body language was not much better in that presentation. This was also tough challenge for me to manage an effective body language while giving presentation (Henschel, Nandrino and Doba, 2020). But was managed all things perfectly in that presentation with the support of my other communication abilities, like; polite language, eye contact, listing abilities, interaction abilities etc. These all things were supported me for well-perform in that presentation. Then I was succeeded for giving presentation in effective manner because of my well-developed presentation skills, communication skills and excel skills. On the other side, my colleagues were also get highly impressed by my presentation skills. When my one colleague asked me that, how you able to well perform in presentation and how you deal with different challenges which ha based on presentation aspect. Then I replied, I have putted my huge efforts for learning ‘how to give an effective presentation’. That’s why currently I’m able to give an impressive presentation. On the other hand, well-developed research abilities play great role to me for finding different appropriate ways to deal with presentation challenge. According to my experience, I still need to more improve my communication skills, presentation skills and excel skills etc. for more effectively giving various presentations in the future as well. I can easily give more effective presentations in the future by more improving my existing skills and competencies. T-shirt Challenge I was faced t-shirt challenge also in business operations. A business has always required to run different innovative activities in their daily operations (Pasban and Nojedeh, 2016). In this situation, many times top-level management of business encourage employees for wearing some attractive t-shirt. Each people within business has require to wear a creative, designable and colourful t-shirt to show internal creativity within business. Many times some leaders and manager within business wears some selected t-shirts to systematically give command to their
employees or people. In initiate stage of business, I was faced challenge which has completely base on t-shirts aspect. Reason is, I was not having proper knowledge of this aspect. But on that time, I was fully knowing about this thing that, companies or businesses uses t-shirt aspect also in their daily operation for running its each operation on progressive path. This aspect is very helpful for businesses to maintain effective relations between different employees within a teamwork. Skills Demonstrated My teamwork competencies, business skills and emotional intelligence skills was played great role to me for completely understanding t-shirt concept of businesses. Firstly, I was communicated with my colleagues and team leader for knowing actual value of t-short in the workplace of business. Then my colleagues were helped me for properly understanding that, why businesses use t-shirts aspect in their operations. Of course, t-shirt aspect support to a business for building an effective teamwork within workplace (Abualoush and et.al., 2018). On the other side, my emotional intelligence was helped me to understand that, why people are highly get influenced different verities and colours of t-shirts. T-shirt aspect really positively works for a business, because many times people has emotionally attached with different designs and colours of t-shirts. That’s why emotional intelligence aspect was supported to me for properly dealing with t-shirt challenge. According to my experience, these all skills and competencies are too necessary to deal with challenges. Action Plan Action plan always supports to a person for improving their existing skills, abilities, competencies and knowledge. Action plan mainly provides a specific framework to person for identifying its well-developed, developing and undeveloped skills or abilities. By identifying these all abilities, a person can easily improve its skills and abilities. Basically in an action plan, a person need to take various necessary actions and steps towards improving their abilities and competencies. In this situation, this action plan will help me for developing these skills in the next three years of university (Kohler, 2016). CONCLUSION It can be concluded various skills, abilities, competencies and knowledge are too necessary aspects for a person to achieve high growth in the personal life. A person can’t achieve high success without these skills and abilities. Everyone should develop each skills and competencies to get positive results in life. Currently most business and companies also focuses on hiring only skilled and talented candidates into company. Development of skills is too necessary task for a person, because well-developed abilities and competencies support to a person for properly dealing with different challenges in daily life.
