How and why mini project work shop contributed towards development of your employability
I found that there are various types of workshop which are been conducted in order to
develop skills and abilities (Klavans, and Boyack, 2017). The mini work shop is like a training in
which various tasks are given to be performed and also training sessions is given in it. thus, i
found that mini work shop help in learning and gaining knowledge about many things such as
how to manage time, how creativity is applied in work, etc. furthermore, i found that there are
various subjects as well on basis of which work shop is based.
Evidence - I learned about how to hear other ideas and listen to them. also, i got to know how to
make charts and diagrams. From min work shop project i notice why people are going out, how
to research info. etc.

In my view i analysed that by participating in work shop I was able to learn a lot. It
helped me to improve my learning ability as well as knowledge. I got to know that how to
work in team, what are my current skills, abilities, etc. it was helpful for me to evaluate my
performance and on basis of that i set goals. Furthermore, as there are certain project which
was to be done so it helped me to get engage with others and communicate with them. besides
that, i learned that how to do planning, assign roles, and other things. It has to be change in
things as well. also, it showed me way of how to bring creativity in work and achieve goals. I
was able to gain knowledge about various topics and skills. Also, i took effective decisions as
well. i learn how to keep calm and keep everyone focused on.
I evaluated that work shop are project work shop are organised to take part in various
projects. Also, it is based on new ideas and concepts which require in depth thinking and analysis
to be done. i was able to gain knowledge from work shop and apply in my profession. Other than
this, i was able to manage my time as well and maintain work life balance (Barrot, 2020)

. When i measured my performance i found that i have learned a lot from project work shop.
This has helped me to develop my skills in effective way. Alongside, i feel confident when i
communicate with others. Now, i know that what is to be done when a problem is not solved and
if there occurs conflicts. I am able to develop schedule and do things accordingly. So, it has
resulted in bringing changes in my way of doing work and managing things in efficient way.
Thus, i think that project work shop has highly contributed in my development in
professional way. I am able to find out opportunities to work in it. Also, there are other ways as
well by which I know what skills and abilities is required. I have learned and gain skills which i
think is enough for me in my profession. Moreover, I need to gain experience in work so that i
can become successful in future. So, for that i can attend more training work shops. It will help
me to gain knowledge.
Reliable skills- this skill is related to reliability or trust on a person to perform task. Also, it
means that how a person relies on another for it. so, i found that my reliability skills are high. I
can easily rely on others quickly (Khoo, 2019). This makes me to analyse person and trust on it.
moreover, i am able to get quickly engage with that person easily. It helps me to develop strong
relation with them. i rely on other and it has helped me to make contacts with others frequently.
Hence, i do not require this skill to be developed.
Getting work done mentality- the skill refer to that in which work is done with stable mind set
and mentality. Thus, i am able to do work with proper mind set and stable condition. I am highly
focused on my work and do it by focusing on it. But when i am in stress or excessive work load
than i am not able to work with stable mentality. This hamper my performance and i am not able
to complete my work on time. Besides my mental stability is affected as well due to it.
Perseverance and motivation - The perseverance refers to making continuous efforts in doing
something or attaining goals. Whereas motivation refers to action which influence behaviour of
others to make more efforts. Hence, i found that my both skills are developed as I am able to
do make continuous efforts. But i am not able to motivate others. I think that that I am capable
of it but i need some training so that i can develop it. This will help me in attaining more goals
and becoming a leader. I will be able to encourage others as well.
Ability to work under pressure- as name depicts it refers to working in effective way under
pressure. I think that I am not able to work under pressure. This is because I get nervous and is
not able to focus on my goals (Peeters, 2017). Hence, it leads to hamper my performance.

therefore, I need to develop this skill so that I am able to work under pressure and complete task
in deadline. This will help me to work even in harsh situation. In addition to that, I can work by
taking 2 or 3 projects in short deadline and complete it.
Organization- The skill refers to organizing things and managing work among people. Also, it
means to assign role and responsibilities to as well. so, I am highly effective in organizing skill.
I know how to distribute and manage things properly and in effective way. I am having
capability to organize projects as well. Thus, I know that how roles are assigned and what task
is evaluated in it. but I need to strengthen my skills to that I can organize things easily and
improve my performance and capability. It will help me in gaining experience in my profession.
Problem solving- the skill refers to having ability to identify problem, finding out its root cause
and solving it through alternatives. I evaluated that my problem solving skills is weak. I am not
able to solve problem. This highly impact on my performance in negative way. I need to
improve this skill so that I am easily able to solve problem in effective way. It will help me in
my professional growth. Besides that, I will learn overall process of it and easily solving
various types of problems. This will be useful in my long term success as well in personal life.
Communication- the skill means to interact with other person and share info. My
communication skills are average (Qinghua, 2016). I found it difficult to communicate in verbal
way to each other but in non verbal I can easily able to do so. Thus, I need to develop my verbal
communication skills. it will help me in to interact with others and develop relation with them. I
will be able to share my feelings, expressions etc. with them.
Confidence - This means having feeling or belief in something. my confidence level is not high
as I am not enough confident (Marambe, 2016). This highly affect on my performance as
sometimes due to low confidence I am not able to achieve my goals. therefore, I need to boost
my confidence so that I can achieve my goals.
Leadership – It means having ability to lead a team or group of people. my leadership skills are
very poor. I am not able to lead team as I do not know how to guide and direct them.
furthermore, I do not know how to train them. it hamper my performance. hence, I must develop
this skill. It will help me to lead a group and become a leader. I will be able to pursue my goals.
Time management- As name suggest it means to manage and complete task on time. I am
easily able to finish my task on time (Beavers, Orange. and Kirkwood, 2017) . I know that
how to manage my time and by preparing schedule I do my work and complete it on time. This

has helped me to maintain balance between personal and professional life. I can finish task
before time and take another task. So, it enable me to pursue my goals.
Decision making – the skill refers to taking effective decision or giving solutions. I highly
possess effective decision making skills. I am easily able to take decisions and giving
suggestions as well. I know overall process of taking decision. It is useful in enhancing my
performance and achieving goals. besides that, I am having enough experience as well of
decision making. So, it think that I need to just sharpen my skills (Stone, 2017).
Team work – it refers to working in team with different people for attaining a common goal. I
am highly advance in this skill as I am a team player. I am easily able to work in team with
various people. Thus, with that I am able to achieve goals as well. it improves my performance
as well. so, this skill is my strength as I likes to work in team and achieve my goal as well.
SUMMARY
From the above it had been concluded that various types of workshop are conducted in
learning and gaining knowledge about many things to improve my learning ability, to get
engage with others and communicate with them. To do planning, assign roles to bring creativity
in able to gain knowledge from work shop, to manage my time and maintain work life balance.
Learned a lot in effective way as well as able to find out opportunities. Also have learned and
gain skills and also attend more training workshops. Also focuses on Reliable skills trust on a
person to perform task. how a person relies on another helps to develop strong relation. Getting
