Referencing is the act of providing sources to the content of a report (Krenn and et. al.,
2020). This will help to analyse the evidence content which is written in a report. There are many

effectively and wisely in front of others and it will provide an evidence for the content.

self-awareness and personal experience is one of the best example of lifelong learning
(Cimermanová, 2018). It will improve knowledge, skills, competencies and many others.
According to me, I think that learning style should be adopted according to situation and

personally believe that observing the things and interpret them in a right manner is essential.
