Sydney. In this, I am playing the role of communication manager. I am given the opportunity
to organize a party and coordinate with the clients, staff and the special guest such as
politicians and celebrities. This dinner will be held on 15 December 2018 from 6 pm to
11.00pm. In this part, there is a various range of the entertainment and three-course dinners
that are serving at the party. I am the part of the project as a communication manager and I
need to develop an email invitation. An email invitation is required for staff inviting. Email
writing requires special skills, knowledge and writing skills. This will help in improving the
invitation structure. It also reduces the grammatical errors, punctuations, spelling and so on
(Sethy, et. al., 2017).
Though writing the email is easy but it should be attractive and errors free. I have the
sufficient knowledge and skills how to write the email but I am not expert in doing it. Content
writing marketing is help in shaping the important marketing skills in order to on my words,
getting a handle on writing. While writing the e-mail I used hypothetical information that
may include names, contact number, date, time and other information related to the event.
But I am not succeeding in doing my work effectively. As their content is very poor that
results can be seen in the event.

will help the guest in understanding the point of concern about the writing. People also feel
not bored while reading the email. As I have written an email of more than 200 words. I need
