HOW AND WHY 10 ENCLOSED ARTEFACTS HAVE SUPPORTED THE DEVELOPMENT OF MY EMPLOYABILITY?
Employability development is said to an initiative that is undertaken by a student with the hope of improving, enhancing, refining together with
honing current competence addition to develop newer ones for becoming capable to be employed at an organisation. There are some
artefacts that have supported development of my employability. Mentioned below are some artefacts:
Samples or photos related to work produced within PSKC Classes: This artefact played huge role in developing my employability because
I have improved my knowledge and set of skills that are essential to work in an enterprise. Also, this have developed my employability
through offering me wider opportunities to take actions for constraints that creates barriers in achieving future success.
Personal SWOT Analysis: It contributed in my employability development through assisting me to look towards my strengths, weaknesses,
opportunities and threats in order to set strategies for reaching at career objectives. personal SWOT Analysis helps in developing my
employability because it boosts my life, personality and career.
Personal development plan: By personal development plan, I have developed my employability by translating learning experiences into
language of employability so to develop skills for sustainability. At same time, it contributes in developing employability because it aims
in assistance of continuous employability by improving competence and knowledge.
Reading Log 1: It develop an individual for employability because it is important for me to emphasis on making clear analysis as well as
planning career in pandemic circumstance of COVID-19. Furthermore, it developed my employability through facilitating towards
recognising and realising job opportunities in pandemic situation.
Reading Log 2: It was based on studying skills along with learning material that contributed widely in development of my employability
because they have significantly enhanced my achievements through making lessons interesting, easy and in-depth concepts. Key
reason to develop my employability by this artefact is to gain information for fostering my personality together with professionalism
effectively.
Resources for Job hunting 1: This artefact have great involvement in developing my employability because it directed me for career
networking that is key to get positioned for a suitable employment. Through hunting about diverse jobs on resource such as LinkedIn,
etc, I became potential for capturing efficient location for occupation in future.
Resources for job hunting 2: This have contributed in my employability development by showing path about improvement areas in which I
lack to get placed in an organisation. As these are particularly designed for helping people to develop their employability, it have helped
me as it guided me to analyse and determine multiple resources to search for a job and getting suitable matches with my level of
tendency and skills.
Academic Resources 1: BNU E- Library: This artifact have supported my employability development because it acts as reservoir for storing

significant research information along with findings. Moreover, by providing latest functions and allowing books or articles to be
displayed on screen the artefact supported development of my employability in great manner.
Examples of personal specifications and job description: Personal specification as well as job description contributed in employability
development of mine because they permit in communication of traits that are desirable for a job role.
Blog: Blog is the artefact that contributed huge in my employability development through increasing traffic on services and helping to devise
strategies for gaining visibility about an employment. It supports employability development because they are tremendous to foster
thinking muscle for continuous development of skill set required for an employment.
