Notemaking
Notemaking refers to the practice of recording information or data taken from another
sources. It is when an individual written to those notes as well as make notes on them. it is a
useful skill that comes in handy not only in endeavouring questions but also in preparing person
in their life (Dukhan, 2018).
Notmaking is very important and significant because it involves us within the learning
process. making notes allows an individual to decrease the information in to manageable size.
This will help in recording the information or da ta for longer time that turn to impact in learning
in positive manner. therefore, making notes are important and essential part of learning and
development. It is also essential and important for students in their studies (Zhao, Sharma,
Levinboim and Soricut, 2019). There is some significance of not making such as remind students
of classroom, require for exam preparation, clear doubts, make a habit of writing etc. This will
also facilitate to prevent errors when attending meeting, classes etc. Therefore, notmaking is

career. For example, without references, it is not possible for us to collect reliable and valid
information. Non-reliable sources are Wikipedia, blogs, tweets, personal websites, forums etc.
Both reliable and non-reliable sources are identified with the help of internet. Examples of
reliable sources are books, websites etc. Examples of non-reliable sources are Wikipedia, blogs,
tweets, personal websites, forums etc. (Bailey and Trudy, 2018)
Plagiarism
This is the situation of similarity in the information when content is copied by someone
which is already presented by others. Copying of the others content is not an effective approach
and considered as misconduct. So, it is necessary that information is present in own way without
copying others because it will be considered as plagiarism which falls under the category of
misconduct. The way that help in avoiding plagiarism or similarity from the content is
paraphrasing or presentation of information in own way by getting the actual meaning. This help
in presenting the views on topic along with presenting the views on similar topic without
copying their content or information (Bailey and Trudy, 2018). Usage of synonyms is also
another way that help to remove plagiarism but not relevant as compared to others which are
mentioned above. Sometime, this help to remove the content but not aid in maintaining the
relevance of sentence similar as depicted by the author originally. So, the use of synonyms for
removing plagiarism needed to be applied consciously by maintaining the relevance of sentence
so the same information will be presented to viewers. This help all to getting the actual meaning
is actually presented by author in original document.
Referencing and Paraphrasing
Referencing is known as the source which is cited while presenting the views on topic
with the help of ascertaining knowledge from the views of other authors. This is important to do
because help in authenticating the view point over the topic along with aid in getting trust of the
other views that information is relevant and reliable to read for getting information over certain
topic. Paraphrasing is known as the activity of rewriting information on own words so safeguard
the same to be plagrised (Lewis and et. al., 2020). This has importance in presentation of the
authentic views over the topic without copying the efforts of other. This help to present the
information in legalised manner.

There is specific format for doing the references. The one which is most popular style to
do the reference is Harvard. Its presentation first includes the name of author then year along
with publication and page number. So, to do this specific and authentic manner needed to follow
the format. After referencing the aspect which is important is its citation at information for
authenticating same. In overall nature, this process includes the placing of reference at point
where similar nature of information presented in own views.
Presentation Skills
This is the important skill which help the individual to effectively present its own views on
the topic. Indulgence of this skill in personality help to depict the actual picture in the different
ways i.e. in written form or in power point presentation. The importance of this skill is that help
in covering the only points which are having actual relevance with topic and important in nature
of delivering actual meaning. This will not only improve the relevancy of information but help in
improving the way of presentation that attracts the view of viewers (Ochoa and et. al., 2018). The
combination of both help the individual to become the one who distinct from others and having
capability to present in the way that getting by all the viewers in the easy and comfortable
manner. The main factors on which needed to work for development of presentation skills within
the personality includes learning, listening, communication, patience and honesty. All these in
integrated manner help to building the personality where easy to get new information in the
similar manner as it is presented in actual way. This simultaneously help in presentation of the
information in the same way as it actually presented among the viewers. So, development of
such aspects within the personality is important for having or developing skill of personality.
CONCLUSION
It has been concluded from the above report that it is important to have different skills
