In context of the present report it consists discussion about SWOT analysis of Vodafone along with impact of internal and external environment on the operation of business firm MAIN BODY SWOT analysis of Vodafone Strength Great market coverage: Great market coverage act as a major strength of Vodafone as company is among top brands within the list of Forbes(GroÅŸanu and et.al., 2015). Company is famous for its appropriate distribution network where it is working within lots of countries. Revenue generation: It is the major strength of Vodafone is its revenue generation where company is generating around it is 7.3 billion dollars revenue per yearit is quite high in comparison to each of its competitor. Brand valuation: In context of brand valuation Vodafone is leading from its competitors where company brand equity and brand recall is very high. It is impossible for any other organisation to reach at the level of Vodafone. Weakness Dropping subscriber base: The major weakness of Vodafone in recent time is related to dropping subscriber base(Hooper, 2016). It is identified that company is continuously losing its market customers due to new competitive within the market.

Threat Tough competition: Vodafone is facing a tough competition within market of UK US and India(Kasemsap, 2018). This is because there are lots of telecommunication organisations that are continuously using effective strategies in comparison to Vodafone and increasing competition for the firm. Lower margin: The competitorsof Vodafone are continuously adopting cost-effective strategies that are impacting on the margin of Vodafone for staff as the shrinking of margin directly impacting on the collection of revenue and also leading to loss for the organisation (Lee, I. ed., 2017). Organisations such as Reliance Jio providing cheapest 4G network within India that is also impacting on the business of Vodafone.
