2. Answer to the question: Specify the mini project workshops that you attended and explain how and
why they contributed towards the development of your social and ethical awareness and responsibility.
(500 words)
In the career and academic life, the individual should focus on attending mini project work shop in order to
develop effective social and ethical awareness and responsibility. I have attended a mini project work shop on
corporate social responsibility, this helped me in development of my social knowledge. I learnt a lot of things
on corporate social responsibility, the main was, it is a tool used by a company to develop social services with
significant amount of profit. In my experience, I got to know that corporate social responsibility helps a
company to serve the society in a major sense. This will also help in development of whole economy, that is
most important for overall company growth. Mini project workshops helped me in understanding various
parameters of CSR and I consider that it should be made mandatory. The application of CSR also helped me
understanding the needs of poor sections of the society. Major needs of society in CSR are cloths, Shelter
and food, which are very demanding.
The CSR is also key role of a business which also supports the business entity to establish effective
business standards in economy. There is a crucial role played by government in providing subsidies to
weaker section of society. In the workshop, I also attended different aspects of CSR by major international
and national company. This also made it compulsory for me to develop effective knowledge about a subject
matter which is essential for company growth. Mini project workshop was conducted in my university for 7
Days and I majorly learned several things on social and ethical awareness. This is the major responsibility of
a candidate to focus on development of ethical awareness in order to be good for the society. Also a
5

candidate must focus on effective and development related skills in order to remain competitive at the
marketplace. The major focus of a person in the academic life should be on gaining knowledge and use in
personal and professional development. The CSR of a company should be more ethical in order to provide
the optimum utilisation of resources. In the academic life also, it is major duty of teachers and professors to
focus on CSR in order to grow individually at the marketplace. The Mini workshop was a fruitful introduction
for me which made me more ethical and social in long term career related objectives. Bringing
professionalism in career related life is more important for an individual to gain career growth in life. Also it is
major role and responsibility of a person to develop effective knowledge related to subject matter in mini
workshop for sustainable growth of a person. In future also I would like to focus on career related growth in
order to develop systematic approach in personal and professional development. The career growth of an
individual is also facilitated with the help of sustainable ethical and social measures.

related to practices. This is the major responsibility related to work and culture,
which should be developed in a set period of time.
It is major responsibility and duty of a candidate in personal and professional life to
