The degree programs of Haas School of Business offers the executive education along
with the certificate programs that provides students with the opportunity of getting the world-
class education in relation to MBA (Haas.berkeley.edu 2019). The course work of the college
lays stress on the area of leadership development along with the analytical rigour. It imbibes
them with the analytical skills along with the intelligence that can help them in achieving in
life.
I want to be a part of this organization so that I can earn the full-time MBA degree
that can help me in my professional development. It can help me in teaching essential aspects
about the business leadership that can help me in getting success in my profession.
The specific degree programs that are available for me are the Full-time MBA,
Evening and Weekend MBA and MBA for the Executives. The aspiring candidates have to
fill up the application form on the basis of which they would be selected in the college. The
G-MAT Score Report would be needed for applying in the reputed college. The deadline for
the submission of form is 25th May, 2019.
The ethos of the organization is that it wants to commit itself to the welfare of the
society by supporting the aspect of diversity along with equity. It wants to respect personal
experiences which arises owing to the differences in the culture (Baumlin and Scisco 2018).
I would like to know about the diverse kinds of people living within the boundaries of
the United States that can help me in assimilating in the culture of the college.
Met Foods Markets
Met Foods markets refers to the supermarket chain that operates within the New York
Metropolitan Area (Metfoods.com 2019). The stores are located within four boroughs of the

New York City that has variety of the ethnic products. The organization offers various kinds
of discount offers that can help in the survival of the organization.
I want to be a part of this organization so that I can help in the marketing of the
renowned company of United States. This storefront style supermarket is very popular in
United States and hence I want to become a part of this organization.
The specific job positions that are available for me are the Bakery Manager,
Compliance Manager and the Checkout Supervisor. It can help me in showing my innovative
trait that can greatly help me in my personal development.
The organizational ethos is in relation to the fact that it wants to produce products that
are fresh that can help in serving the needs of the people in the present age. The organization
ensures that the people make savings and produces high quality products at the lowest prices.
I would like to gain knowledge about the operational efficiencies of a retail store that
can help me in improving the business of the company. I would like to make the supply chain
of the company sustainable that can help me in working along the ethos of the organization.
Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation
Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation refers to the private foundation that has been
founded by Bill along with the Melinda Gates. It helps in expanding the educational
opportunities of the people and helps people in getting access to the information technology
(Gatesfoundation.org 2019).
I want to take the help of this institution so that I can pursue the MBA Degree that can
help me in evolving as the successful manager. It can help me in providing the fund that can
help me in my professional accomplishment. It can play an important role in sponsoring my

education that can help me in reaching the pinnacle of my career. It helps in the aspect of the
financial inclusion of the people.
The ethos of the organization is in relation to the fact that it wants to play a dominant
role in the society in increasing the number of the low income students enrolling in the post-
secondary institutions that can help in improving the conditions of life of the people. It lays
emphasis on the aspect of research along with development that helps in accelerating the
progress of the students.
I would like to show the people of the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation that I have
previously undertaken a lot of voluntary works that have helped in providing relief to the
poor people. I would like to show that I had previously helped people in my locality in the
event of being struck by a storm. Clothing and the bed sheets had been provided to them so
that they would become willing to provide the grant for my education.
