Academic Writing Task
The theory of Jean Piaget i.e., cognitive development suggests that individual children
move through different four stages of mental development. The basis of theory are made with
respect to acquire how an individual children acquire knowledge while being engaged in variety
of workplace tasks (Polat and Aydın, 2020). For the stated theory there are 4 stages that are
being derived, this includes; Sensorimotor stage, Concrete stage, Formal operational stage and
Preoperational stage. For the stated theory, it is believed that an individual child is dedicatedly
indulged in the process of learnings in which active role is being ensured.
From the analysis of the theory different groups of children was being taken into
consideration for which categories of 0-2 years, 2-7 years and 7-11 years of learners was being
taken into consideration. For the process being innovative thinking skills, symbolic thinkings
approaches, systematic thinking was being taken into consideration. Throughout the model,
dedicated interest in the cognitive development of children was being taken into consideration.
Therefore, provided mode guides effective terms on the basis of which growth of children was
being ensured and better understandings learnings was being ensured. The model focuses on core
development of children's skills and abilities that filtered the effective learning process of
individual students being engaged in provided task and relative activity (Swestyani and et. al.,
2018).
Reflective Log
For the given assignment, I performed variety of business tasks that were related to learn
theories and models of human behaviour. Under the analysis better terms was being established
on the basis of which coordinated efforts was being produced that guided better learnings at the
workplace. From the evaluation it can be stated that productive efforts was being produced that
enabled better basis of working in contemporary environment. In addition to this, I performed
variety of tasks in which analysis of theory was being done and supported application into
practical life was being taken into consideration.
During the course of work, I was able to develop variety of personal as well as
professional skills. This included development of research skills, communication skills and
employability skills. Through the analysis better terms was being established on the basis of
which coordinated efforts was being produced that related to effective approach towards once

career. In addition to this, there were various challenges and issues faced at the time of
performing tasks under which learning activities were being obtained with motive to gain better
guidance in the near future. Through the analysis better coordination of business tasks was
initiated under which effective terms was being defined that emphasises on productive basis of
working in future. From the evaluation it can be stated that productive efforts were being
produced that enabled better basis of working in contemporary environment. Throughout the
coursework, dedicated interest in the cognitive development of children was being taken into
consideration (Money-Kyrle, 2018). Therefore, provided mode guides effective terms on the
basis of which growth of children was being ensured and better understandings learnings was
being ensured. I will perform various activities that will guide me towards obtaining coordinated
efforts being produced while performing various individual as well as professional tasks. In the
process being various techniques of development will be taken into consideration that will ensure
my success and enable my skill-sets and abilities to engage my learnings towards effective
directions. Furthermore, innovative strategies will be undertaken that will guide accomplishment
of desired tasks and activities as per required terms and conditions of working.
Therefore, through the analysis, I was able to deliver the quality of output from gaining a
better basis of understanding with regards to acquiring decent learning opportunities. When
being engaged in the effort, I would take into consideration of such challenges and will ensure
proper applications of learnings being obtained during the coursework.
