HOW AND WHY 10 ENCLOSED ARTEFACTS HAVE SUPPORTED THE DEVELOPMENT OF MY EMPLOYABILITY?
Employability skills are one of the most important skills that are required to be developed and enhanced in order to develop a successful career,
move ahead in career and achieve desired career goals in a positive and effective manner within desired time period. For development of
employability skills, university has developed a module where students were taught different artefacts that not only helped in development of
employability skills but also helped me in enhancing my existing skills that are useful in developing a successful career. There are various kinds
of artefacts that were useful for me in development of employability skills. During this module one of the artefacts taught was SWOT analysis. It
was one of the most important artefacts that played a vital role in development of my employability skills because this SWOT analysis directly
helped me in identifying my strengths (skills and knowledge in which I am good at or have command on), my weakness (skills that are required to
be developed), opportunities (development of skills that can help me in moving ahead in career) and threats (that can affect my career growth) in
an effective manner. Another artefact taught was personal development plan. It was another important artefact that helped me in developing my
weak skills that were required to be developed and improved and reduce threats that can impact my career. Personal development plan directly
helped me in developing a plan for enhancing over skills that are required to be developed. With the help of PDP I was able to develop aim
required to be achieved, actions required to be taken to achieve objective, resources required, time period in which those objectives will be
achieved. During this module I was taught about different resources that can be used for job hunting. This artefact helped me in researching for
desired job and search for job vacancy in my dream company. This artefact further helped in enhancing my researching skills which is required to
search for jobs for tarting a carer or for switching from one job to another. Another artefact that helped in developing employability skill was
knowledge of academic resources that can be used for searching for published secondary data and ways in which authentic references can be
researched for enhancing own knowledge and for researching for required data. Reading log was another artefact that helped in learning ways in
which a study material can be analysed and summarized. It is an important employability skill because it helps in analysing and summarizing
data which is available in order to extract important information. During this module I was also taught about importance of job and person
specification. This helped in understanding ways in which job specification should be analysed for identifying and understanding whether a job is
suitable for me or not. Ther than this writing a blog post artefact also helped me in developing employability skill such as writing as it directly
helped me in learning ways in which one’s own knowledge should be noted down in an appropriate manner. It is another important employability
skill as it is important in employment to develop reports of project upon which one work.

Monster.com is the application for job hunting which helps the individuals for searching the jobs as per
their needs and requirements in the fields and out of their fields of their career. Monster. Com helps the
individuals to seek job as per their interests and helps them get placed in the companies to what they
have desired of. Monster.com through social media has therefore helped many individuals get placed at
their desired roles and positions in the company.

resources which helps the students in gaining knowledge through the e – library. The library has been
providing the students all the facilities which they are in need of related to academic concerns. The
students learn and gain knowledge from the e – library without any cost. And for this, students of the
university are provided with the e – books for their learning.

New technologies will change the future job market by having the access through internet and the 5G technology which helps in knowing what is
the scale through which all the aspects of technology helps in promoting the applications which are in context of the functioning for the job
applications. Social media has helped in promoting for the job search apps which have helped in knowing that the job search process can be
made easier as per requirements and desire which the individuals wish for.
New opportunities which would be available in the market will help in the job search and this would help in placing the individuals at right jobs at
right roles and in right companies. Various opportunities will be made available for the individuals through the application of the online sites and
the apps which provides the jobs to the large scale. Individuals in the future for applying at the jobs will be able to ensure that they are placed
correctly at the right position through the app effectiveness.
We can prepare for the opportunities which are available in the market by making the internet access flow smoothly and in proper manner.
Because without proper flow of internet access, there would be problems which can arise by affecting the job searching process become
insignificant and less important. Job market opportunities can be made available through online interviews being taken which will help the
individuals analyse what they are searching for in their career and job.

Step 1 First step is to open power point presentation and select appropriate theme from provided
theme templates.
Step 2 Then select appropriate font and font size for each slide. Font name and size can be selected
commonly for all the slides by selecting default size font name and size from design tab.
Step 3 From design tab select appropriate design for all the slides from design tab
Step 4 Then, title of presentation should be entered on title slide
Step 5 Enter all the required information with heading in all the slides and if required enter notes in
notes section for presenter to understand
Step 6 Enter details of presenter with id, name and other required details on first slide.

Goggle seeks people who are nice and can think differently and can-do thing in different manner. During this meeting Elijah further
