It will also examine thepersonal areas by analysing the SWOT so that personal strength can be used for futuredevelopment. The report will also analyse the advantage of 360 review system in the workplace thatcan help the individual to analyse their performance and to utilise feedback that can helpindividual to perform in more effective manner. As it is important for individual to develop theirskills sets as per the market needs.
