INTRODUCTIONPortfolio can be termed as specification of experience, skills and abilities of individualthat portray existing qualities of a person. This report will focus on developing a portfolio whichwill include all the details of skills and experience that play an important role for a supervisor.This portfolio will include a narrative CV which will include all the details of experience, skillsand aspiration required for supervisor. There will be a discussion of the skills needed for this roleand on the basis of that information, a critical analysis will be performed. In the last section ofassignment, reflection will be written in order evaluate the overall the experience. MAIN BODYNarrative CVI am a supervisor in XYZ company. I have done my graduation and diploma course inMBA in marketing. I have worked as a supervisor for over 3 years now. After completing mytraining as a supervisor, I joined a small company to start my career. Through this time period, Ihave learned a lot of things which helped me in improving my personality and performance both.I have worked in various companies as a supervisor. These jobs have helped me in improvingskills, such as, my communication skill, analytical skill, time management, etc. All these skillsare very helpful in the context of supervisor as this help sin in coming up with new andinnovative ideas for the organization to increase their sales and production. This will help yourorganization in maintaining a good brand image in the industry and have competitive advantagesas well. I have a good quality of managing team and making them strong enough to achieve theirtargets and objectives effectively. Having a working experience of 3 years has helped me a lot inperforming my task and duties with effectiveness. Also, I have a good knowledge of all the skillswhich should be present in a supervisor, such as decision-making and time management. Havinga good command over analytical skills is very essential for a supervisor in order to takeimpressive decisions for his team members and for the company as well. These decisions willhelp in increasing the sales and production of the organization effectively by implementing newideas. I also manage all my work on time as well. Completing the given task on given frame isvery crucial as a supervisor as it can reflect their working style. Delivering the best service to thecustomers in the market will help in getting a positive a feedback from the client which willimprove the performance of the organization. 1
I have been actively involved in the marketing activities of the organization in order toincrease the marketing techniques of my company. I have a good knowledge of marketing trendsas well which is positive element as a supervisor. I will use these marketing trends in myworking pattern so that it will benefit the company to increase their overall revenue andprofitability rate as well. All these qualities will be very helpful for the organization in managingtheir marking department effectively to get a good response from their customers and from theindustry as well.
